For an almost $400 headset it should hold up better. The ear pieces broke down really easy then had to pay another $34 to replace Ive only had it 7months

First of all, I was interested in the QC35s, but when I checked the website the first time, they were out of stock (because of clearing out for newer QC45 model). Bose knew I was interested and sent me an email to let me know they had some stock again. I immediately got online and ordered. The shipping and tracking notifications were good and allowed me to be home when they arrived, which I like very much. You know porch pirates these days. Being an owner of other BOSE products, I knew I would love them. I just did not realize how much I would love them. Amazing comfort and sound quality. Very happy with them. Of course the primary use is Wireless, but I also have a device that requires Wired, so that worked out great with the accessory cable. Thanks BOSE .. keep doing your thing and making us music lovers all very happy.

So I purchased this since it was on sale and have always wanted one of these Bose QC series however I already own a pair of Airpods Pros and the sound quality and noise cancellation features aren't really that better than my Airpods add to the fact that Airpods are small, convenient to take wherever, charge, integrates with my iPhone, Apple Watch and Apple TV! And I realized I don't really like the over the ear design. Will probably check out the Airpods Pro Max when I get a good deal on that and unfortunately the Bose ones are going back.

The title says it all as far as the headphones. In addition, the customer support is outstanding. Had a problem understanding the Bluetooth setup and they provided excellent help

Upgraded from wired pair to the Bluetooth and absolutely love them. Noise Cancellation is great. Extremely light and comfortable. Silver looks nice. Music sounds great.

I understand no Bluetooth on airplane so tried to connect the wire that came with headphones, could not use on the three hour plane ride as wired connection to earphone jack did not work, headphones kept searching for Bluetooth signal. I was able to connect via my phone Bluetooth and listen to my music and headphones worked fine, main reason I purchased was to use on plane travel, a little dissatisfied I can not use on plane.

Bought as a Christmas present, so only been used for a day, will update the review in the future, first impressions are, good sound quality, comfortable wear for a period of time, so lightweight it doesn't feel like they are on your ears. Love these so far, will update if anything changes, good or bad.

I bought the new head phones to use on a transatlantic trip. I also purchased the ?plane headphone adapter?. It didn?t work. I was actually going to wait for Christmas sending out subtle hints. Wife says, just buy them before they are out of stock. Boy was she right. Got discount, and now I see supply issues. Score one for the Mrs. Now, on to the headphones. Super clear sound. Stereo effects are excellent. I prefer having these on even when I watch TV by myself. So much clarity and sound seperation. You will never achieve that on any soundbar. Music through these headphones are exquisite. Highs and lows are obvious, any subtleties and nuances in the music wash upon your ear like long lost friends. I find myself retreating to the bedroom just to listen to music again, and rediscovering the beauty of all the music which I thought I knew. I have Bose 300 smart soundbar and they sync easily to it if I watch TV alone. iPhone sync is seamless. For under $200 with tax, a steal. Noise cancellation works great and they are super comfortable over the ear. Let's face it. If you are going to wear headphones for TV or music at home would you want it any other way. Grab a pair and see (actually hear) what you have been missing!
