Good headphones

This particular Bose headphone is wonderful. They are very durable, and I have owned 3 over the past 5 years. I use them to fall asleep since my work shifts are mostly third shifts. Along with a eye shield covering I am able to fall asleep to soft music easily without being distracted. I love the feature where if I need to be somewhat aware of noises surrounding me, I am able to easily flip a small sliding switch on the left ear piece. 
I also love the fact that when the ear muffs wear out replacements are available to order either from Bose or other vendors. They are easily replaced and last a year or more.

Qc 45 headset

I've used Bose Quiet Comfort Headphones for close to 10 years and have always been happy with the noise cancelation as well as the customer service. Would never go on a plane without them!

Greatest and Quickest Customer Service

After my year old QC35II had a headband problem Bose upgraded me to QC45s.  I returned the QC45s as being horrible. The clicking and popping from Bluetooth signal, mid and high freq. distortion, and grid. The phone talk and listen mode was a great degrade from the QC35IIs. Bose had then sent me a refurbished set of QC35II to replace the QC45 set. The QC35 headset is far superior. This is mention in several reviews about the QC45 headphones situation.

Down grade for the great QC35II

The chat was very helpful but the trouble shooting on the website was overly simplistic. The reset instructions could be on the trouble shooting site also which would solve a lot of problems. It is very easy to do if you know how to do it.

These headphones are amazingly built and the sound quality is stunning! Bose really hit it out of the park on there.

Comfort. Quiet. Amazing Sound.

I've only used these for a week, but they work really well. The Quiet Comfort 45 headphones are replacing the Quiet Comfort 15 headphones that I was very happy with. I went with these because of the Bluetooth capabilities, while still being able to use them on the plane with my trusty iPod Classic (with the included cable). The size of the case is smaller, which makes traveling with them even better. The only con to these headphones is that they are a bit loose on my head. I wish they fit my small head better.
