I was very iffy about ordering from this site. I couldn't find much reviews about this site but I decided to take a risk since I managed to score a deal on this used and good quality tripod (I usually bought cheap and flimsy tripods that could not hold up to my dslr). Not long after I ordered it, I got an email saying that it was on back order and they would need to contact the manufacturer. Once they did, they said they would have the manufacturer ship it straight to me instead of through them. They kept me update quite frequently about the status of my order and I believe they deserve 6 stars for your service. I would definitely order from them again.
