I purchased the SoundTouch 30 after trying a few other leading brands. For me there's really no comparison between them and this system. The sound is excellent and the fact you can set it up to tap into you library or favourite radio stations at a flick of the button is why you'd bother with any of these systems to begin!!! I'll certain invest in more SoundTouch products, as they do exactly what they are meant too!

I've had this system for six months, and it is fantastic. It performs exactly as promised when we tested in the Sydney store. It performs flawlessly and works with Tidal Streaming to deliver crisp beautiful sound. The Soundtouch App also works well. It is really good value, and the fact that we replaced a Sonos One with the Bose should tell you just how mush better it is.

It is unbelevable for the size of this speaker and the crystal clear sound it creats. Love the number assinging system for the favorite music apps and so many internaion radio staions availbe to listen. App is well designed and great features. Has a premium feel to the speaker and light weight. Thank you BOSE for a great affordable product as always.

I have been wanting this portable speaker for quite some time. Got it for a great price during Christmas. The sound is excellent just like Bose reputation. The set up is easy. Have no problem connecting any devices to the speaker. It may be slow swiching from wifi to bluetooth sometime but just need to close the app and open it again. The sound fulls the whole house easily. May not be as portable as the newer version due to it weight.

So far having an amazing sound and experience with this beast. Sharp sound and awesome bass. One annoying thing is that it always connects to the last connected bluetooth device even if its playing something else using sound touch app.

I would just like to take a minute and let it be known that I have owned the Bose soundtouch 30 speaker since 2016. I have nothing but amazing things to say about this product. I have loved using it every moment. I recently had problems where my speaker wouldn’t update to the latest software and the issues couldn’t be solved with a hard reset. After speaking with customer service at Bose, they sent a courier to my house to pick up the speaker, paid for shipping to have the speaker fixed by Bose, then sent it back to me with a repair order of the work that was completed. I just want people to know that Bose went above and beyond to meet my needs as local Bose retailers wanted nothing to do with my phone calls with questions about troubleshooting this issue. Great job Bose! Here’s to another several years with this speaker!!!!

I've been owning Bose speakers for years. I'm always happy with their quality. This particular one (SoundTouch 30) is great! The sound that comes from this speaker is excellent. I'm so proud to play my music in such a high quality speaker.

I purchased the Sound Touch 30 and 10 a little over 6 months ago. The sound is awesome however, the app is horrible. It is not compatible with iOS Mojave and nobody seems to have a fix for it. Bose blames Apple and Apple blames Bose. Get it together. This has awesome features I can't use. I'm sure I'm not the only one waiting a solution.

This speaker is insane for its size. Clarity is amazing and stays that way up to about the 90 percentile volume vise. This speaker doesn’t fill a room it fills a house and possibly your neighbors. The bass is best part of this speaker, Wall pounding at higher volumes. If anything I could see most consumers turning the bass down. Would recommend this product to anyone.

With several Soundtouch 10's throughout the house (which have amazing sound, including bass response, I wanted to tie it all together in my livingroom with the mothership, the Soundtouch 30. I am more than satisfied with a deeper, richer sound in the center of it all. The soundtouch system is genius, and the 30 is as good or better than the Bose speakers you cranked in the '70's. Thank you Bose!

I am using ST 30 and ST 10 since they introduced. First I bought ST 30 and then I bought ST 10. I like both speakers ST 30 has more bass and sound. I am using it in my bedroom. I have a con is only ST 30's LED brightness. It's too bright in the bed room. Also it faces to my bed. I like to add an option to display off. ST 10 does not have display but ST 30 is sounds good for my relaxing sleep music. Ans definitely apps was lagging but its far better now. I am using another ST10 at my workplace. I like bose's presets when compare with Sonos. You don't need to use apps always. And the remote is a good add. I also use the wireless adapter for my old stereo system. I wish a remote for it too.

Totally disappointed with my purchase!! I have soundtouch 10,20, and 30. Doesn’t matter if you use wifi or Bluetooth, they just keep getting disconnected. Imagine you have a party and the music gets disconnected every 5 minutes!! When you play music with Bluetooth one of the speakers volume goes to the max for no reason or one of them goes to the lowest volume. I don’t know if it’s the app or the speakers but I’m totally disappointed with my purchase. You buy these expensive speakers so you can easily use the app to play music in different rooms, but what’s the point of these speakers when they can’t do this properly...?!

Hi, I bought soundtouch 30 during Diwali festival. Sound quality is fine for me. I have used it very little as I don't get much time due to work. I think there is a problem in connectivity as every time I switch it on I have set-up and sync with my Android phone again and that's really frustrating. Even preset radio station doesn't work.

Fidelity is outstanding. Unit is heavy and very durable, even at higher volumes. This thing can really handle a lot, which is expected at the price. This has caused me to become even more of a loyal Bose customer, never had issues with these great products. I just wish it was compatible with my Apple Music

I have owned the SoundTouch 30 for about 3 years and purchased 2 SoundTouch 10s to go in different rooms. The 30 with its dedicated sub is perfect for parties when I don’t want to completely shake my house. The added 10s in other rooms provide throughout the house sound. As with all my Bose speakers I am impressed and will be a life long customer.

Firstly the sound quality is just ok at lower to medium volume and badly distorted at higher levels. Secondly, this device simply drops ofg the network for no apparent reason, often requires a router reboot to reestablish a connection. Not recommended...

Speaker is awesome Bose quality. If you want to use the music library on your computer, plan on re-installing the app every time. Ongoing problem for about six months. The app generally has a weird interface with Amazon Music, and the issue with not having any useful iTunes functionality from our music library has me reconsidering my brand loyalty.

Sound is great but setup is difficult and very buggy. I seem to have to go through inordinate amount of effort every time I try to use it. The app is definitely not designed as well as the speaker.

I've been yearning to purchase this model wherein fate provided the opportunity earlier this week- and it is worth the investment! It was becoming a hassle using an older Bose model that does not have the Bluetooth feature, and it consumes space on my office desk; yet, the quality of sound has yet to perish. My neighbors blast their music on cheap speakers all the time, so it was time to demonstrate clear, crisp quality sound. My neighbors are impressed with how clear the sound travels between the units while drowning their pathetic "muffled" music with ease. They happen to use larger speakers while my device elegantly sits on my mantle- talk about being classy! I LOVE the Alexa feature for I can remove the tacky grey dot in the open area that cannot hold a candle to the SoundTouch 30. I have been a loyal fan ever since Herbie Hancock promoted Bose ages ago, so I do not mind investing monies to listen to jazz from quality speakers. I am sitting here beaming with joy, knowing I am going to test the volume Saturday evening only to leave my neighbors in awe for Bose products are guaranteed to last for a very long time. :-)

I just received unit and set it up. When I called when trying to find a product for my home I asked if would work with my iTunes match or only the songs downloaded on my device. I was told it would. After going through the setup procedure, alas it did not. I called service and was told it had to come off my physical device, not my Apple iTunes cloud. I also used their SiriusXM app and the songs that it showed were playing were behind the actual music. Very frustrating Sound quality in my living room was far less than would would have expected from Bose, especially at the price. My Bose SoundLink had equal or better fidelity. Presently waiting for the information and label to return. I wanted to return to a Bose store nearby, but was told It had to be shipped.

I wish this thing has battery so i can bring it out on the beach or out in the park while doing barbecue. Its just a great thing to have a good sound quality speaker and mobility so i can bring it anywhere without having to be plugged-in all the time. Thank you.

So I was in the Bose store today & decided to buy the SoundTouch 30 system for my home as an upgrade to the rest of my current Bose products. Oh my goodness do I love this thing!!! The sound is beyond amazing & I absolutely love this!!! I was playing my steely dan songs off of Spotify & it sounds like you're in the concert. Definitely a must have for anyone looking for room filling sound & it works well for entertaining big parties!

Just purchased this unit. Here are my key points: -Setup: Very simple and intuitive. -Soundtouch App: Works very well and easy to navigate. -Sound Quality: Absolutely amazing for the size. -Price: Little on the high side, but cheaper and more elegant then an amp with 2 towers :). Definitely no WAF on that. -Overall: Great sound for a large room at a decent price. I looked at and used Sonos. Great overall system, but does not have the sound quality of this speaker.

I have a fan of Bose for years ! I've purchased many products. By far once I purchased the sound touch 30 I knew this was the best sounding Bose I've owned ! Great product !
