Excellent quality in terms of noise reproduction, equally good on phone calls. I mostly use ear buds for listening to audio books in bed and the quality of the noise reproduction is better than any other earbuds that I've used before. The only problem I've found is if I fall asleep the earbuds tend to become a bit uncomfortable and I get audible warning messages which is not necessarily a bad thing just a bit disconcerting at first.

Sound quality very good. Instructions amazingly inadequate, all a multi (many) page booklet had was: be careful! My phone was not able to download the instructions on line. I was packing the earphones to return when I discovered the bose app for my speakers works to connect the earphone too. Have not yet figured out how to use them to make phone calls. While, as I said, the sound quality appears to be very good, I hope they last better than some of my other bose products (got no support when i called to complain)

So you're asking me to do a review on your product here's my overall outcome. I've spent several thousands of dollars on earbuds you name them I've bought them. The problem I have is here you go out and you purchase a product from a company that is well-known and you pay for blown price and then when you're done with your purchase, they say oh by the way you can buy refurbished ones at half the price that have the same warranty or you can buy one pair and we'll give you the other half off or something like that now if you want to attract buyers, why wouldn't you throw that out in the first place I'm on my second pair of the first pair went back after a week I mean so I lost one of the earbuds just quit working altogether. I don't know what was the reason. I only had maybe 20 minutes on them. I use them for five minute intervals here and there. I probably hadn't even still had to figure out how they worked so I sent them back and I bought another pair I do like the sound of them, but this is disappointing on what you people do so you sell surprise you for a price and I think that I did get a little bit of a discount. I can't remember and then all of a sudden after you have purchased something like this, they throw this at you. Oh, we have refurbished ones. There's as good as new. There's half the price is the ones that you paid for so none of this makes any sense to me. The first thing you should probably do is buy the refurbished ones to see if you're going to enjoy them not buy brand new ones, but nobody tells you this so now that I've bought them brand new. I'm getting all these emails on discounts and this and that it's discouraging a Bose product is state of the art. They have been around for a long time and I don't know how many hundreds of millions of dollars the corporation is worth but this is the problem I have now I'm getting all these emails on discounts on refurbished items that are guaranteed no different than the brand new ones but this is how they suck you in any normal person would've bought the refurbished ones to try them out. I didn't even know they were available. I just went online. I knew what I wanted. I knew the namebrand so I think I spent like 279 because there was some kind of special event happening but now I find out I can get the same thing for 159 so I'm not real pleased with the whole situation. We'll see how long these ones last that people if you read my review before you start purchasing something for $300 be well aware that after you purchase them, they're gonna send you an email that you could buy refurbished ones for half the price that are guaranteed so be smart about it unfortunately I didn't catch onto it until it was too late

Headphones are great. Sound good and noise cancelling upto bose standards. Shame the phone app isn't up to some standards. Drops connection and crashes if weak Internet connection. Why on earth would you design the app to need connectivity to work??? The produce owner is either incompetent or incentivesed by data mining rather than real world customer experience.

Having mislaid my previous ear buds, I purchased The Bose QuietComfort Ultra Earbuds (2nd Generation) in recent weeks. I tend to use ear buds/headphones primarily in the gym, on journeys via the train or plane and on holiday, whilst relaxing by the pool. I have to say my recent Bose purchase is faultless. I love the sound, the technical aspects and must say they produce my music to the next level. I am very happy, thank you!

Whilst the sound is fantastic as always, I really wish there were bigger silicone wings as in my 1st gen Bose QC EarPods that have sadly died after 5 years of use. Those were very difficult to fall out of my ears, but these newest ones are not as solid. It's a shame as I'd like extra large wings for these which should help.

I bought these less than a month ago and unfortunately have been disappointed considering the cost of the ear buds. For some reason the item was redirected to a collection point with no communication from Bose. Considering the amount of scam texts from couriers I received an update from them directly with order reference so couldn't be sure if the legitimacy. Now that I have had the ear buds for a couple weeks I have the same intermittent issue where the connection drops with my iPhone and the ear buds go into a continuous loop connecting and disconnecting or they simply can't be found and I have to replace them into the case to reset them. I've raised a warranty return and it's been a week and sign of the returns label or any progress. The email also stated it can take 3 weeks to replace. Overall this is a very lacking service and if there was a shop close to me I'd be dropping them in for a refund. Update: received the replacement under warranty. Used for 3 days and now I'm returning them for a refund. Very disappointing. The same issue with Bluetooth disconnecting randomly or disconnecting reconnecting in an endless loop. Now to try Sony.

Wanted to love them! But, they are not sweat resistant and keep falling out. Stay in place for about 20 minutes and then need to keep adjusting. The sources also suddenly cycle on. Love the colour and the brand. But these are just not for me. Returned.

bought the Ultra Buds as I thought I'd lost me QC3 buds. So have been comparing them, and would say very very little difference, other than for some inexplicable reason the Ultra Buds connect much easier to my iphone. Sound cancelling is amazing, sound quality typical Bose - just fantastic, not sure what the benefits of immersive sound is. Its works exactly as supposed to, but why do you want the sound to move from ear to ear as you turn your head. Seems more like a gimmick. I am using the Ultra Buds more than the QC3, only because I like the styling better.

I like them pretty comfy and the quality audio is amazing. The app is ok i have some little problems when i try to connect them to enter in the menu i have to wait 5 minutes or something till i can see them that are connected and i can do changes. Overall a good experience with them.

Purchased a few weeks ago. I had a pair of 1st gen QC earbuds which got stolen. Replaced them with these 2nd gen earbuds which do not connect well with my laptop. Sound is intermittent. I tried everything to solve the issue but to no avail.

Upgraded from Quiet Comfort and really don't see all that much difference. They are good, just not that much better than my old ones. The different sized ear adjusters could do to one more size larger

My mind is not blown. I had expected it to be blown with such an expensive purchase from Bose. 1. The noise canceling is up-to 75% 2. After equalizer adjustments I could get the sound quality/experience to a good level In general I think I had built it up to be too good in my mind. I was saving up to buy these headphones.

Ears buds sound great especially when listen to music. I usually use them for phone use. But I do have one issue which is I have small ears and after about an hour they start to hurt. Other than that, they are great.
