Have had these earbuds for a few weeks. The noise canceling is very good and the sound quality is great too. They fit well; you can mix and match the tip size and the silicone round piece to get a tight fit. I could never get the Apple AirPods to fit right and fell off all the time, regardless of the tip size used. The maximum volume is not as loud as the AirPods but sufficiently loud to enjoy your favorite tunes. They are a little too sensitive when adjusting in your ear and often trigger the audio mode; not a huge problem though.

Bought this as replacement for the one I lost, they're great but sometimes they disconnect out of nowhere, even when using the Bose app. I have done the basic troubleshooting ie unpairing-pairing, restarting my iPhone, checking for updates for the pods and still,if these will work as should be my review will be five stars meanwhile I'll keep it on three till Bose helps me with my issue

Hi - I bought my earbuds less than a month ago. They showed up late but that could have been a UPS issue. After received the paired up with my home computer no problem but I have not been able to pair them with my work computer yet. I also tried to pair them with my Samsung TV and unable to pair them there as well. These could user issues but that has been my experience.

These earbuds are nice, and the sound is great as always with bose...but they are so sensitive to touch that when my hair is wet they will cycle through all settings, pause at random times, skip to next song ect...I also had the previous of these and they had the same issue.

My husband has previously had this style and I finally joined him in trying and don't have any issues and love them. Sounds fabulous and easy to use. Long battery life and quality product.

I had to wait a while before I was able to buy the buds, but definitely glad I was able to get a pair. Like every bose product I own they are absolutely awesome.

Second set of Bose Earbuds, purchased Sport Earbuds several years ago. Liked the old set, still in use. Purchased new Quietcomfort Ultra Gen 2. Like the noise cancellation and the hot Purple color! Just need to get used to the controls. Feel's good in the ear and sound great. These will be a winner.

Bought these a few weeks ago and whilst loving the sound delivery time was over 2 weeks ( not the 1 or 2 business days quoted on website) and the cover for the charging case never arrived.

Absolutely Great Sound!!! The immersion mode is the key to listening to these buds. I was impressed beyond belief at how they sound, it's like you're inside the music as it's playing!!!! I'm not aware of any headphones/ear buds that match Bose sound quality! Highly recommended!!

ANC is topnotch definitely a step above previous gen .Connection can get unstable at times . Some lag also noticed a few time between the 2 ear buds . Awareness mode and sound quality is very good. Too early to comment on built quality. 2 year bose warranty is good in the UK .The app could use more features for the price point.

The wireless charging feature that this update brings is great. The sound quality is as good as ever. The added wax guard on the ear bud tips are also great and make them feel more hygienic because they are easier to clean.

Iv had my earbuds for a couple of weeks now and I'm really disappointed. The ANC works great indoors but is terrible outside. If there is remotely any wind it drowns out my music and stops the ANC from working. I can hear everything outside if there is so much as a breeze. As soon as the wind hits them its like the ANC is overwhelmed and cuts out and i can hear everything as if awareness mode is on. I cant hear my music over the rushing sound of the wind (which is a known problem even the company admits it).some times it actually causes my music to cut out for a second if there is a particularly strong gust of wind. Iv even put a hat on and a sweat band to cover them but it does little to help and as soon as my hat or sweat band gets a little damp the earbud start changing modes and pausing and playing music every few seconds. i had to disable the touch feature just so i could use them. the whole reason i got them was because they were supposed to have the best ANC on the market but since it doesn't work outside i feel iv wasted my money. i would recommend not getting these if you jog or cycle or even spend any time in the outdoors. They also don't feel very secure iv tried every combination of the ear tips and stability bands and they still feel like they are going to fall out I'm constantly having to reposition them so they don't fall out which is another reason for wearing a hat or a sweat band with them.
