Great for Using with my phone

I bought these last year on my birthday for myself. When I am mownig the lawn it is wonderful. I put my phone in the little dashboard on my tractor and don't have to worry at all about the cord getting tangled in the wheel or me getting off and forgetting I'm attached to the phone. It also rings in when I get a call so I can pick it up and talk and then goes right back to my music! I absolutely love them and am now getting a pair for my son to use with his computer.

Worth the money

I bought it last year for my birthday, it was the best investment in headphones I could purchase. The sound was so clear and crisp. At first I thought the sound was kind of low ,but then I realized, when I used the Bluetooth piece the sound was a little lower then using the cord. The sound was awesome because it was over powering in your ear.

Loud & Clear

I just bought these and used them on a conference call. I needed the bluetooth function because my phone's 3.5mm jack is less than perfect. For my hour long conference call I turned up the volume which is plenty loud. The whole experience went as expected--smooth and without a hitch. At first I wasn't going to buy them because they don't have a mute function, but then I realized how easy it is to mute my phone instead.

Amazing sound and wireless

I've had these over a year, and I am beyond thrilled with them. Light weight, super comfortable, amazing sound quality and wireless freedom. Read reviews where people criticized the volume and I have had zero issues with that. Whether on a plane, at home (wife can't stand them because the headphones do such a good job of blocking sound around me, I can't hear her) or doing yard work, I hear perfectly fine, even over my lawnmower. Also works great as a wireless headset, people always compliment how great I sound.

The cold hard truth

The cold hard truth is that every year we age the worst our hearing becomes especially if you live in a heavily a populated urban area. They say that you're hearing in your early teens should be 20-20k + or - a few db but we all know this goes down very quickly as we age for a variety of reasons like, listening to loud rock music environmental qualities like firetrucks police cars etc. especially if you live in an urban area like New York City. But this being said and being 70 years old I consider this to be at the top of their game. With the compliment of good features to them they just don't leaves my house the way I want to listen to them made them my choice over some $800 headphones. Sound vs price make these are a clear winner.

QC25 Headphones - Acoustic Noise Cancelling

Bose, I purchased the QC25 at Best Buy. I was happy to see Bose products being sold there. This is my first pair of acoustic noise cancelling headphones. I have been impressed but also disappointed. Wired, I still hear much noise, less when music is playing. However, I also like to wear the headphones without a CD playing and just use the acoustic noise cancelling option. Is there a better Bose product that is not sold retail that cancels all frequencies and white noise?

Worth the money

I bought these when they went on sale as I hate cords and wires. I have used them for two weeks now. Battery life is good and pairing is simple. I had read other reviews that said they were loud but limited. I thought the same thing until I started looking at the Music settings in my iPhone. I switched Sound Check OFF and these became the best headphones I own!!! All the highs, lows and mids came shining through. I was not impressed or overwhelmed with these until I switched the setting. Who knew! The reason for 4 stars vs 5 is cheap bag instead of case and too much plastic. A nice brushed metal flat black exterior would have been nice.

Best Headphones Ever!!!

I Bought These Headphones A Few Day Ago And The Sound Was Pretty Good But The Quiet Confort 25 Sound Is Better But I Just Found Out That You Could Use It Two Ways A Non-Wirless Way Or A Wireless Way , The Battery Life Is Really Good Last Up To 7 Hours And The Charging Time Is Only About 3 Hours I Really Like These Headphones. Oh! One Question Why Did Bose Stopped Making This Headphones?

Sound level disappointingly low

I have been using Bose headphones in overseas flights for over 10 years and was very happy with the first pair of QC 15. I was so happy to buy these Bluetooth headphones four months ago just before taking a trip to India in June this year. But the experience was so disappointing. I was using these with the wires supplied with it and could barely listen to the movie dialogs even after turning the volume to maximum. These phones are not fit for air travel and I wasted my money. I would rather pay the difference and buy a wired QC product if Bose would allow me to do so. Unexpectedly bad pair of phones.

Not worth the cost

You are paying only for the brand and hype. The bluetooth connection is crappy causing your to miss the first minute or so after connection. The sound is very choppy. I attend a lot of online seminars and once connected I have to wait as the connection dips in and out for the first few minutes before settling down. From hen on it is good. If I leave the seminal and reconnect after a break, it goes through the same choppy connection for the first few minutes again. Too frustrating for such a high priced item. I get better performance from less expensive headphones. No waiting, instant connection.

Bose soundlink around ear Bluetooth

I purchased this product 3 weeks ago. Worked fine then stopped pairing. Returned and upgraded to over ear headphones. Much better, also folds into safe case. Can't understand why Bose doesn't provide proper case for product above, bearing in mind it's only £20 cheaper.

Detailed but colored sound

Got these as a gift so had no preset expectations when I received them. I have several "tethered" headphones and headphone amplifiers so plenty to compare to. Overall these are musical, good for a casual walk or lounging about, no aggressiveness in the highs but a bit rolled off in the bass.. They don't isolate so a windy day or loud noise in the environment can be heard over your music (which is a safety plus!!!). I found I preferred the sound of the wireless amp vs. using the supplied alternate cable with iPhone

Good product but not long lasting

I have bought a pair of those headphones a year and a half ago. I love the product, it has a crisp sound for a bluetooth device, can pair 2 devices at the same time, recommend them. However, the bluetooth module broke after a year and a half, six months after the guarantee. Bose had a good service and offered a new pair with a discount. However, still have to pay a good amount for a new pair (although not full price), I hope they will not break again in a year and a half...

Not that great for sound quality

I bought this one a year ago and it was good only for 6 or 7 months while I was stationed oversea. During my 2nd deployment, it gone bad for the quality and I cant afford extra $99 for another one so Im thinking about different brands

Surprised

I was skeptical after reading how they don't sound good and because they are Bluetooth the sound is flat but once I put them on ( surprisingly comfortable) and played songs I was so excited because of the clarity of sound without the restraint of the wire. (Brw removing the dongle is kinda hard)

Disappointing

Bought these a month ago and the sound quality is marginal, the signal is intermittent more than 5 feet from the bluetooth source, and I cannot remove the wireless gizmo from the earphone to connect directly. I have had Bose products for at least 20 years. THIS is disappointing, very disappointing.

Stand with built in charging & 100 Ft Range

These headphones are GREAT. However, these headphones needs improvements. First, stand where you hang these headphones and it charges headphones automatically. Sony has several headphone models with Stand with built in charging. Second, these headphones need range of at least 100 Ft Range. 30 Ft is NOT enough

Bluetooth a disappointment

My headphones only work well when I am 10 feet away and one side facing my satellite transmitter. If I walk too far away or turn the wrong ear towards the satellite music stops. Too much money for poor performance. Have been a staunch Bose fan for decades, but not so sure now.

Sketchy connectivity with PC

When connecting with my PC's bluetooth, the first minute of sound is made up of short pulses and breaking up of the sound before it settles down. From then on it is quite good. If I disconnect and reconnect the breaking up happens again for the first minute. This happens every time so frustrating.

Fabulous

I bought these a couple of months ago and as of yet no problems. As always with Bose fantastic sound. Don't tend to use them outside the home so no issue with the carry bag. I find the leads/connectors perfectly fine and the covering on the headphones does get sweaty but only when I'm active while wearing them. As I tend to use headphones while not active, I don't find this a problem either. So comfy I've fallen asleep while wearing them! Great battery life as well. Overall a terrific product and I would recommend to anyone.

AE2W excellent for travel

I bought these headphones just before two long haul flights as I have previously had problems with wires during a long flights. They are very comfortable and because they are Bluetooth it was so easy to connect to my iPad which was in my carry on bag under the seat and just listen to my music.

Great headphones

I've had these headphones several months now and they're fantastic! The ear cushions are extremely comfy and they block outside sound really well. You can wear them for hours without making your ears ache. I chose these over 'Dr. Dre' headphones and I'm really glad I did as the entire range of sounds are balanced perfectly (they're not bass heavy) and although both are made of plastic you can tell these headphones are much higher build quality and feel less cheap even if they are less visually appealing. The Bluetooth connection makes the headphones convenient to wear while walking about and I don't notice any reduced quality of the audio. It would've been nicer if the cable included had a microphone for when you want to go on a call and the Bluetooth module is out of batteries. On the whole these are fantastic headphones and I highly recommend them!

Incredibly comfortable, you barely feel like you're wearing them

Good sound. Amazing range and, as mentioned, possible the most comfortable headphone I've ever had occasion to wear. One significant problem with mine, they eventually stopped charging. The module would get really hot and never complete a full charge. Bose was great about it and even shipped me a replacement bluetooth module despite the warranty having just run out, but the same thing happened within two weeks. Not sure what the deal is with that and I really miss the Bluetooth feature, but they still work well with the included cable and you can buy replacement cables cheaply, if that ever becomes an issue.
