Battery completely dead after less than 10 uses.

Have no idea how this could even happen. Kept the battery charged and in a safe spot, but after less than 10 uses the battery is completely dead / broken. Their customer service said I could pay to send it in but would likely get "nothing in return".

High Rate Panasonic Matched Starved Electrolyte Cells are used in these low profile slim-line designs.

All SLM units come with the ATM-PRB automatic shut off charger. The SLM5 comes with rear sewn panel for wearing on a belt.

XLR models include a 6' cable of 14 guage superflex wire with an XLR power connector.
