Bose SoundLink On-Ear Bluetooth Headphones with Microphone, Triple Black

These headphones have a rich sound for a their portable design. However the ear cushions are not designed to last. Replacements are expensive, and I am now on my second set. This isn't an acceptable user experience for their price point. An additional side note: the headphones struggle with multiple devices. I will be listening to music on my phone, only for this to be interrupted by an alert telling me that they've connect to a past device (tablet/laptop), followed by an alert exclaiming that they've disconnected from said device... followed by another alert claiming that they'e connected. It's a miracle if I can listen to a song in peace.

PROS: * sound is crisp * bass is deep * love the switch between 2 devices feature, really really useful * very comfortable for wearing it for a long period of time CONS: * they could have made them a bit louder, without losing too much sound quality * they're not the most beautiful headphones, probably they're more on the practical side than the esthetic one * battery could have been improved, so sad only 15 hours of listening. * good call quality, but not great, definitely better than most wireless headphones

Right side stopped working via Bluetooth after about 6 months. Seems a common problem. All the rebooting advice solved the problems for 30 minutes, Fine if you only have one ear.

The second time I connected them to my phone (after giving them a full charge) the blue tooth went off after two minutes and I haven't been able to turn them back on wirelessly. They were on charge for 3 hours and still nothing. I followed steps online to try to reset them, and the first thing I heard through the headphones since they stopped working with Bluetooth was that my device list had been cleared successfully, but after that I tried powering them on without a cable and there was complete silence. I must have gotten a defective pair because there is no way these things are so hard to use. The manual is absolutely useless, it basically says "off, on, Bluetooth, and listen to music" in about 20 different languages but no troubleshooting page. Utterly disappointed and feel like crying, as I've wanted a pair of wireless Bose headphones for ages and when I finally have enough to buy a pair they are my worst nightmare. Also tried to charge my order immediately after placing it to a more expensive model and they wouldn't let me, so perhaps they sent a defective pair on purpose. But the parcel came with no free return postage as promised.

My mom bought me these used from the Bose store where I live. I use these headphones everyday because my ears are too small for ear buds. I have accidentally dropped them a few dozen times in the years I have owned them. I have fallen asleep in them and don't feel any discomfort when it happens. I haven't replaced the padding in the 3 years I have had them and they still feel great on my ears.

I've been using Bose over ear headphones for years. I still have my ten year old QuietComfort 15 and they still work perfectly. I love my wireless set too....the sound quality is second to none and even after hours of wear are still comfortable. I wouldn't hesitate to fully recommend Bose Wireless or wired Headphones.

The ear cushions on these headphones is very coarse. I wear headphones daily for my job and after several hours of wear, these headphones become uncomfortable and irritating to the skin on my ears.

Had my soundlinks for about 4 years. Decided on them for sound. Figured i could count on the quality but with average use and regular case storage the ear pads have completely cracked and one is ready to fall off. Now i have to decide if i want to order new pads. I have older sennheisers skull candy and beats headphones with less wear. Very disappointed in this situation.

I've owned my headphones for at least three years, excellent battery life, even though they charge quickly the battery still seems to last for hours on end. I have only had to replace the ear cushions one time.

It has a beautyfull sound quality but it's very disapointing me, when you want to play with your friends with microfon, it changes it self to a self monitoring audio profile and the quality is so bad! You can't turn off the self monitoring and for this prize we recommend it! So I like it but hate it!

I have had these about 4 weeks and I love them. It's so nice to listen with my headphones on while washing dishes, sweeping, doing my housework and getting things done. Purchased these because the price was too good to pass up. I have your sound system, a bluetooth speaker and now my headphones. I hope they hold up for me. Eventually I'll probably buy another home system because mine isn't bluetooth and it kills me when I'm not up to date on my technologies. Thank you Bose for all your knowledge and great products.

I brought these on ear wireless for myself for Christmas. The sync to my iPhone and iPad was quick and seamless. The fit on the ear is a big improvement and feel so much better than the wired pair I have owned. The audio is great.

I recieved these for Christmas. They are comfortable and well fit. My ears don't hurt when I take them off and the bluetooth signal is clear with no glitching.

My dad received a pair of these headphones as a gift. HE LOVES THEM! He's hearing impaired and can really hear well through the headphones. The problem? Once the headphones are connected via bluetooth to the TV, the sound from the TV is disabled. Now Dad can hear, but no one else can. Tried to find a solution, but support is sadly lacking.

These are a must buy! They are not bulky and silly looking when wearing them out and about which no offence but most people's on head headphones are.grrat sound. If you leave them on the battery saving turns them off so they don't die. I love everything about them. I do events and was gifted limited edition monster wireless trippled price of these headphones and I prefer these by a long way!!! Haha I am always chucking them in my bag dropping them etc and they are still Strong a year later. They fold up nicely too.

I purchased these headphones from QVC at a great price and I’m glad I purchased them. This is my second pair of Bose headphones and I am very pleased. My first pair were noice cancelling, wired which lasted for years. These are lightweight, comfortable and of course the sound is phenomenal. You wont be disappointed.

I've had this item for about 3 months and so far its sounds good and holds a decent charge. However it has a problem interacting with Skype and other calling apps. At times it keeps saying "Call ended" over and over again and the call is still active. The bluetooth signal drops from time to time and I have to turn it on and back on to re-establish connection. Reall disappointed with this product

I have been using these daily to listen to my tablet, connects as soon as I turn them on, and I can use them all day long before I need to charge them. I have had mine for just over 2 years now and I just bought another pair as a backup just in case. Best investment I've ever made in a pair of headphones.

I like the size of these for air travel. They are much more compact than my noise canceling headphone and do a decent job blocking background noises. Sound is really good and they came with a case which is convenient.

I've had these headphones for a couple of years now and I love them. They are easy to use and connect, comfortable and they charge very quickly. I had replace the cushion on the ear after a year as it had ripped, but this is expected as I use them literally everyday. I would definitely recommend this product and they are worth the money.

I bought these so I can listen at a higher volumn when driving while my wife sleeps when traveling. They are comfortable to wear, its like you don't have them on. Bose is a company that provides equipment I use for all the sound in and out of my home. I'm a fan for life!!
