I always liked all Bose products I, have purchased in the past. However, my latest purchase of the Soundlink Revolve ll, has left me DISAPPOINTED. WHY?????? After countless return calls, to complain about not having received the complete charging unit I, was told by your inhouse staff , to go and purchase one, because BOSE does not have one available. Having gone to BEST BUY, all their Revolve Speakers are with complete charging unit. UNACCEPTABLE!!! DISAPPOINTED.....

The sound quality is superb. It's exactly what's expected from Bose this speaker delivers. However, the buttons are unviewable and difficult to use. The charging port needs to be updated to USB C

Love the sound. Incredible power for the size. Would be a 5 stars if there was a way to adjust bass from the app. When volume is high, there is slight distortion. From phone, it is possible to adjust equalizer but not from laptop.

This is the seventh BOSE speaker I have purchased. I have two large revolve speakers with the handle on top, I have two square speakers, approximately 4" x 4", love to put one under my pillow when I go to bed and play my slack key Hawaiian music, better than a sleeping pill!

I am so happy with this little speaker. Although it does not have a handle like the other 360 degree speakers, this one fits my needs fine since it just sits on my desk. But I like the fact that it is portable and I can move it easily anywhere within my room or elsewhere as long as I have a bluetooth connection wherever I take it. The portability and 360 degree sound is what makes this little speaker a winner! I have it sitting on a charging cradle so not sure about the duration of the battery charge. No complaints about the sound. It is a little bass heavy otherwise sound is great. No option to adjust EQ with this model. I hope Bose will continue to make future generations of this speaker. Few things I wouldn't mind in a future generation Revolve speaker... USB-C charging, ability to party mode it with other 2nd generation bluetooth speakers in the Bose app (i.e. Portable Smart Speaker or SoundLink Micro 2nd gen), and customizable EQ. Otherwise this is an excellent speaker!

I love my new Bose Soundlink Revolve II Speaker. It is sleek and has perfect concert sound in my home. I listen to my music on it all day. I even travel with it and it sounds prefect wherever I go. I'm always impressed with Bose sound and quality.

I love my little speaker. Its compact yet has some big sound. I love that you can turn it on with your phone without having to walk to the speaker.

I've been using this every day. I use it most of the day. Excellent sound. Easy to connect. So much better than the speaker I had before. Good at retaining a charge.

I had a Revolve II which I really like.. which was stolen. I had to immediately replace it. Love the sound and easy of transport. I also bought the charging pod. Last, the ability to use the Bose pairing app to pair the unit with my other Bose speaker is fantastic.

A good speaker; nice bass response, warm midrange. Treble region is well produced but on some recordings sounds a bit harsh. The sound doesn't emanate from beyond the enclosure, but it does stay consistent as you move around the room, so the claim of 360 degree sound is quite accurate.

I have been a customer of Bose for a very long time. My first purchase from them was in 1986. A pair of 501 floor speakers. The sound was phenomenal back then and it's still phenomenal with their new products, even after all these years. I've tried other speakers, headphones, and earbuds. I keep coming back to Bose because I just can't find better performing equipment anywhere. (I don't have the money it would take to buy concert speakers.) I've been a customer for almost 40 years, and I'll continue to do business with Bose. I use their stuff daily. I highly recommend their products.

Love the Bose sound. My last Bose speaker got wreaked so I couldn't replace it with anything else. I use it in my greenhouse and I think even the plants can tell the difference!
