Using it as part of a project supporting people with dyslexia, considered the glass, but went for the sound wear. Great sound, easy to connect and use.

Was a little worried the sound would lack depth and base, but sound matches the great Bose Sound. Can wear while on the bike. Better than ear phones. Love them.

Recieved speakers as always Bose quality exceptional, delivery quick and efficient . These speakers are perfect for what they are designed for I am not a lover of in ear plugs and over ear when out and about are too visible for my needs these are somewhat discreet and still able to remain private for Bluetooth calling and music functions also extremely comfortable to wear thanx again Bose

When i received the Soundware on Friday, i thought OMG, what a terribly flat sound, feeling like i expected a lot more from a Bose product, Also being hyped up by the YouTube reviews i had seen, i will return them on Monday i thought. I packed them up on Friday night, then opened again on Saturday, I decided to connect them to my mobile to listen to some High Quality .mp3 and .flac files, OK, what a shock i got, that's a lot better, Realizing that if you are going to listen to them using a TV broadcast then i shouldn't judge them on an inferior TV audio signal, I had also changed the quality of the audio output of my Windows 10 PC, only a slight difference experienced there. Tried the Xbox 1x and was quite happy as well I am so very glad i bought them on special, as they are really not worth the RRP, and can not recommend to anyone at that price range. Another small downfall is that the Soundware only has a micro USB charging port. I will now keep them for sure.

I had been looking at independant hands free speakers for a while and nothing ticked all the boxes sound quality,battery life ,portability and adequate volume to name a few.after several months i had given up then came across the SoundWear and thought this is to good to be true . I ordered direct from BOSE delivery was prompt set up was simple and pairing is the quickest ive ever had .I started using it for the car journeys and its fantastic simple to use great battery life brilliant fit (you forget your wearing it ),from a safety point of view i am aware of every thing around me can take calls with easily with good reception and good call clarity . then when i got home i found i was using it with my tablet and phone its that good i dont even like to have the phone to my ear any more . music is good voice is excellent so great for audio books and pod cast . two of my friends have bought them from seeing mine and echo my thoughts exactly I dont know what BOSE are doing but it seems very difficult to get hold of them now I bought one of the last ones from John Lewis as a gift for a friend who couldnt get hold of one any where near him . the only thing that it would benefit from is seperate buttons to skip tracks ratthe than multi click but you soon get used to it and it does work , a small criticism In short this product does everything you would expect and more a game changer for me and my friends who spend a great deal of time on the phone and travel ,honestly as far as kit is concerened one of the best things ive ever bought .

I just received my Soundwear after buying them on offer from Bose. I didn't expect mind blowing sound quality but even with those expectations I'm seriously underwhelmed. How can these have such a high rrp? They sound really muddy and the bass is terrible. Luckily Bose have the 30 day return policy as I'll be using that immediately.

Bought original one a year ago. Was impressed by reviews but once bought it excelled. Don’t like earpieces, never stay in. Headphones limited in where you can use them as need to be aware of surroundings. Soundwear does it for me. Amazed by the quality of sound and even picks up parts I missed when playing through external speakers. Walking dog in forest, great to hear gentle music, seems as it’s coming from the surroundings, but can still aware of other sounds around. Safety, walking along the side of the road listening to music but still aware of traffic. Battery life great and quick to recharge. My original soundwear I gave away as a gift so have bought again just a few weeks ago. Recon it’s the best piece of kit I’ve ever bought. Never without it. Only one slight improvement could be made which I’ve read also in other reviews. The placing of battery charge connection could be place better. Not the easiest to reach.

Hi, during calls the other person keeps complaining about distorted calls , i tried doing few steps, - Full battery charge ,- Connected to single device - Hard reset but nothing helped .... its disappointing ...

I considered purchasing the SoundWear Companion speaker every since Bose released them. Now I have them, I can't believe that I waited so long, they play an essential part of my day. My thoughtful wife purchased these for me for my birthday. I, like everyone else, have recently had to WFH more and was growing tired of wearing headphones all day. The Bose SoundWear has made my WFH routine so much easier. The clarity on conf. calls and using MS teams have been fantastic. Plus you can enjoy music or take a phone call easily. I ware them all day now and agree, the battery life is impressive.

Raking leaves. Painting a wall. Doing laundry. Getting in and out of your car while you run errands. For all those things and more, this thing is the bomb. It's not for listening to music/videos with people around you. Obviously -- that's why headphones exist. But I've had this speaker for about 3 years, and choose it as my de facto listening device while I work from home or do things outside. It doesn't get nearly the credit it deserves. You know how you listen to a speaker and have to stay in its vicinity? That goes away, because this is a bluetooth speaker that comes with you. Everywhere. It works with your phone. It works with your computer. It lets you keep track of life outside of what you're doing. So when my 9-year-old runs up to me with an urgent look on his face, I can quickly tell whether it's a real emergency or a question about Iron Man. Oh, it's also super comfortable, with a perfect weight. Take any comments about it being too heavy with a grain of salt -- that person has other problems that you probably don't.

I just found this Soundwear Companion speaker after losing it about 4-6 months ago...It was outside stuck in a lemon tree I had been working on and has been there through the rainy season in pretty heavy rains...and it still works!!!...and it still had about 60% of it's charge left...I couldn't believe it when I tried turning it on...and the cover zipper was open a few inches exposing the charge slot... Wow!! - Nice Product!!

I bought this a month and am so glad I did. Works great for exactly whatI bought it for, watching tv and playing video games. 2 critiques, needs more bass, it's good but, a bass vibrator or something enhancing it would be welcomed. Also, the bluetooth range on it is very weak. Other than that love love love it!

I always loved Bose products. I tried this one in a store and i must say that the sound is great and the product is very user friendly. BUT, why not USB C Charger ???????? Deeply disappointed. I will buy this product only is Bose upgrades this product with USB C type charger.

Bought the device Today Best Buy May 9th 2020 Attempt to get help since it doesn't work, Attempt to register!!! ,"OUT of WARRANTY" HOW can a company stay in business with software giving that form of response?? Found suggestion to upload firmwear, but WHY if out of warranty? Take back to Best Buy and get money back and NEVER Suggest people buy BOSE?? Heard the ads back in the Days of Paul Harvey, (radio personality whose show Bose advertised on) believed in him so I believed in the product??? Rated low because I am unable to use it and see not point in upgrading firmware if its out of warranty before I get it out of the box.

I wanted to try this product for WFH because could not keep the Bose Quite 30 earbuds in ear all day. I would still use my Quite 30 for Travel on plane. I got the product couple of days back and is working great. Love it so far. Only negative is the setup. you need to download the Bose updater before you can charge the product and pair it with your device.

I work in a manufacturing plant and a cold environment and I wear this under my hoodie and this thing works great and I can be standing next to someone and they dont even realize that I’m listening to music while I am talking to them and the clarity is unbelievable and I get a full 12 hrs out of it and still had 20 percent of battery left

I received the Bose Soundware right away, after ordering them. The only problem I had was not being able to turn them on and syncing them to my app. After soul searching, the Bose website addressed the problem by syncing the Bose to my laptop via Bose software update. After the update, the Bose tuned on and connected to my app easily. You need to be aware that you may have to update the Bose Soundwear after you receive them if they don’t work correctly at first. I bought these specifically to watch movies without bothering my apartment neighbors with my monster sound system, and do they work like a charm! Great sound from movies, with no problems from my Bluetooth lagging. Thank you Bose for this wonderful invention, I sure love it!

As a Senior I can use this product in another room or in the large open common area of house. Sound can be turned down low enough so others can not hear, but I still can. I use it to watch TV or movies on separate device while other family members are doing the same. Easier on my ears thsn headphones or earbuds. Thank you Bose..another great quality product!
