The sound is good (which is of must for a headphones), the comfort is good but... THEY ARE NOT SWEAT-RESISTANT. I bought this model twice and each model lasted less than a 1 year: sweat goes into the in-line remote making it unusable (sound level blocked or muted, Google Assistant activated erratically). The sweat goes from the face to the cable and enter the remote. Bose engineers could easily fixed this in sealing the remote completely.

I bought these in December 2018, 3 months into using my mic stopped working so changed it. Bose gave a replacement, 3 months again after using same issue so they changed it again. Now for the third time my mic is not working sadly im out of my warranty period. Waste of Money...!!!

I purchased as replacement ft or my ten year old pair. At Soundsport is good sound but not as good as my original pair. The best thing about Bose buds are the soft silicone gel tips that rest in your ear. No need to shove or twist them to plug your ear. Bose offers three sizes. Best in the market.

I can't tell if there is something wrong with my headphones but they are incredibly quiet. The fit is nice and the sound quality is good but no matter what I'm listening to I have to crank it up to max volume just to hear anything. And if you have ambient noise, forget it you can't hear a thing from the headphones.

I bought these 4 months ago, I was very pleased with the sound quality and volume. However, a few days ago the left earbud went silent! I was careful and always kept them in the pouch when not in use.

The sound is fairly good that's for sure, tho I purchased this specific item in order to use it while doing sports and it keeps falling out my ears while I am running or jumping, even when i turn my head towards the ground. This headphones are not noise canceling at all, and are good sweat proofing. For summary I was completely disappointed because I can not use it while doing sport.

Over the years I've replaced mine 3 times, and my 2 daughters twice each, for a total of 7 headphones. We return to them because of their sound and comfort, but eventually their cable breaks, always no matter how careful and then you are stuck. I've attached 2 images, the newer ones (Grey) have a break in the red section, right Ear has no sound until you bend that area. The other picture are truly old ones to show that we've had in the past. Here you see the cables come right off. Very disappointed, not buying anymore.

I always knew that Bose had great quality headphones, but I had never purchased them before. About 8 months ago, I found a pair of these Bose Soundsport headphones. They were used but sounded amazing. All the tones were crisp and the bass was alive. They became my new addiction. I used them everywhere and worked out with them, I've dropped them, bent them, even shut car doors on them and they worked perfectly. Then recently, about 3 weeks ago, I lost them. I was devasted. I got onto the Bose website and decided to order the exact same pair. Not only were they of the same quality but the case and ear fitting was an amazing add on I hadn't experienced before. Now heres the amazing part. I found my old headphones. They were in the gravel at a friends house. Keep in mind that it had been THREE WEEKS and it had snowed and rained (Idaho weather) and cars had driven over the gravel repeatedly. I picked them up, cleaned them and surprisingly found that they worked, absolutely. I now am a true customer of Bose and I respect the quality they put into their products. These headphones are worth every penny. They will last you, break in and grow with you. Thank you Bose, for giving me, a musician, a robust and enlightening way to percieve sound. :)

I have owned 3 pairs of these Headphones. Prior to these I had the noise cancelling headphones which were great but bulky. The first pair of these i bought were stollen. The two I currently own have fallen apart. The first thing that fell off ,both pair, was the decrease sound buttonnon the bar. Then the skin peeled off the wires (see photos). I tried to salvage them with electrical tape but it keeps peeling off.These headphones have that great Bose sound and since I sleep with them on, they are the most comfortable earphones ever BUT the workmanship and quality of materials sucks.

i Bought these earbuds 2 years ago and i’m a big music guy, so i’ve had them in every single day all day. I’m a big fan of bose and the sound quality of these earbuds is fantastic for the price point, good high end and punchy bass. over time the cable developed small tears over time and i used some heat shrink tubes to cover them up, but that created hard bits of cable that began to create tears on the edges. The volume down button fell out about a month ago (constant everyday use), and finally to end my journey they were stolen from me at a swimming complex 3 days ago. I’m at this page rn to consider buying them again

I have been using these headphones for over 3 years and I have had to replace them with new ones at least 15 times due to durability problems. But I keep coming back due to how good they sound.

I have used it for more than a year, and replaced it multiple times. The wires are so fragile that even after keeping it in the Bose Case they get tangled easily. Within 6-8 months they wear out. And left or the right side of the in-ear stops working. When this happened in the first 6 months, i replaced it. Used the new one very carefully, in another 8 months again same problem due to the wire the left ear stopped working. Bose will not replace you if the warranty period of 1 year is over, all they give is another 25% Off on a new product. Don't know what they expect of their customers. Waste of your hard earned money. Better options are available with a better build quality.

Whether i'm running, skating, snowboarding etc. these headphones stay in place better than anything else on the market. My only gripe with it is the wire (which was good in it's time, before the wireless era). I bought these headphones 6+ years ago, and to this day (Fall 2019) have yet to find another in-ear headphone that fits as comfortably as this one. Not even Bose's most recent wireless headphones fit as well as these. I have smaller ears so generally swap the headpiece to the smallest size. Tried on many modern-day in-ear headphones, and all head-pieces are too big for my ear canals to the point where it's literally painful to wear after 10 minutes. For me specifically, the wired soundsport is the only exception. Nothing else fits better than these! If Bose could somehow take these headphones and make them wireless, that would be most ideal for my ears. Design-wise the only difference with the newer Bose wireless soundsport headphones is an added garnish on the ends that insert into the ear canal. This adds a slight thickness to it's diameter making it similar to other in-ear headphones on the market, hence not fitting into my small ear canals. I'm probably probably an outlier in this aspect. I'm only writing this review in hopes that the Bose design team will read and consider it for their next wireless model. I suppose if it's possible to swap the rubber heads (placing these on the current wireless) then i'm all set in my needs. Only thing left to work out on the wireless is to make it much more low profile as far as packaging. Should Bose reach out for more product feedback i'm more than happy to provide my personal input.

Before this I bought "quality" earphones from other vendors, but they didn't even last one year so I resorted to buy average earphones for cheaper - bad sound quality and broke within 2-3 months of use so I had to purchase new ones often. I bought the Bose Soundsport about a year ago when they were on black friday sale and never looked back. The sound is amazing! Both the bass, and the high-pitched sounds come out crystal clear (I listen mostly to house, electronic, etc.). After a year of heavy use, they still blast the same amazing sound. The design is also well-tought as the earphones never even move during my workouts. For the size and the price, you will not find a better product, well worth the investment vs. average headphones. Bose never disappoints.

I got these as a gift to use at the gym. Have had them for three years now, and just this week one of the headphones stopped working. The wires at the base are getting worn, but I've used them almost daily for hours and never had an issue. Just ordered a new set.

I got these very recently so I can't speak for durability. But, I put them in and the sound and base were great... then I discovered I was wearing the wrong sized earpieces, changed them, and sound got even better! There are 3 sizes. I'm using the small ones and I don't even feel them in my ears. Also, when I exercise they don't budge. The only problem some may have is that they are not noise cancelling (I personally prefer some ambient sound). So if you're looking for noise cancelling, look elsewhere. Otherwise they are fantastic.
