I have had four pairs of these. I keep going back because I like the sound, love the fit - ambient noise is allowed in, none of that 'underwater' sound experience. BUT every pair has broken - the wire near the 3.5mm jack is weak and despite careful use, it breaks. The first two pairs took longer than warranty. The third was warranteed and replaced, but the fourth just missed by less than a month. Bose offered a small discount on the (not true) wireless sound sport, not replacement with this one. The discount was too small to be attractive, Plus the "wireless" sound sport are like satellite dishes in your ears (and the only ones valid for the discount are WITH a wire anyway). It's a deal breaker for me - time to switch. I am an iPhone user so I will try Beats for my sporting sound needs now. Fingers crossed.

This is the 3rd pair of Soundsport headphones I have had the pleasure of owning, the first pair were stolen from my van, the second I dropped my iPad with them still plugged in and broke the jack, I’m hoping it’s 3rd time lucky. As far as performance is concerned these are truly brilliant headphones, they fit snug in my ears and deliver a flawless sound no matter genre of music I’m listening to great bass perfect mid and top end a great all rounder.

They fit and fill great in the ear almost like they’re not even in my ear. The sound is up to the Bose golden standard. Great price for those who don’t want to spend the money on the Bluetooth version.

I wish they made this same fit wireless! I after wearing this for 6-7 years. I Just buy new ones every 3 years. I’ve tried every wireless earbud out there and none of them, fit like this one, I wish they made this one wireless.

I was utterly impressed by the sound and overall quality of these headphones. The sound is very crisp and the bass is strong all while having the most comfortable fit I've had for headphones. The design of the ear made it incredibly easy to put and keep in and most impressively not having a painfully uncomfortable air-tight seal. But after a year of use, the left headphone stopped working. I researched and looked at reviews and saw similar problems with other buyers. Though it is quite likely that I was not incredibly careful with it, I would have expected more durability from such an expensive and top quality brand.

Purchased a pair for my high schooler as a Christmas present. She's been pretty rough on her headphones in the past so I was a little concerned that these wouldn't make it past February. She absolutely loves them and they look as good as the day she got them. Her favorite things are; the sound quality, the comfort and their ability to stay in her ears even when carrying around a book bag. Her only complaint is that they won't be compatible when she upgrades her phone this year.

If you don’t move at all these work great but there is serious feedback through the wires as they rub against you. Just basic breathing causes feedback through the lines. How could this not be discovered during development????

These are the second pair of SoundSport headphones and the sound and fit are superb. The last pair lasted almost 2 years before sound went on 1 side, much earlier the clamp which holds the cord to your collar broke. I was though a little disappointed the clip on these new pair didn’t even make it in one peace to me (broke at delivery). To be fair, in ear headphones do have a tough life but not managing to survive delivery shows a design fault??

I've gone through a few pairs of these. All seem to last about a year before the cable starts to tear at the connections. First time thought I was being rough with it so bought new ones and it happened again about a year later. Went to the store and bought a new pair at a discount and was extra careful. The last few had issues at the point where you connect it to the device but this time it was one of the buds themselves. Called the helpline and was offered a replacement but had to pay for shipping. Did that and this time only lasted 9 months before the other bud started to have issues so before it got worse I went on to the store and was told they were no longer helping in any way and would just have to buy a new pair. The quality of the sound is amazing but only getting them for about a year is very disappointing wish the quality of the product matched the audio.

I have own two pairs of Bose headphones so far. My first ones had the same fit in-ear but didn't came with the controls in the cable, the second ones are these. The sound quality, comfort and noise cancelling are amazing, I used them to workout now and then and mostly to commute always keeping them in the case that came in the box. Considering the soft use I gave them really was disappointed when I notice the materials were not a match to the price I paid. In both cases the rubber began to disintegrate without losing the functionality of the headphones which made me think about the outstanding durability until a week later or so the controls stop working so I can no longer skip a song, change volume or make a call. The mic doesn't work either. I was seriously thinking about replacing these ones with the wireless ones until I saw the reviews describing the same issue I had in two occasions and within years apart from models.

I bought these in January of 2019, and I've enjoyed using them for a year, most every day. Last week, the right ear's volume cut by about 90%. I made sure they were clean, etc and the stayhears were correctly in place, to no avail. Annoying to be one week out of warranty, and have them working essentially only in one ear.

I bought these to keep in my purse. Love the little round case with carabiner clip attached to case. I had to send to Apple to get the earphone extension to listen to my devices without earphone jack and it fits in case with earphones. Great quality of sound like expected! I had trouble fitting the sport earphones but once I learned what I was doing wrong, I love them. They never fall out! Quality product a must buy!

I bought these about 6 months ago and I use them all the time especially on the farm and they are great, sweat and mud resistant and they constantly get get banged around and still amazing sound quality.

I was looking at the noise cancelling ones but made the right choice with these, they are perfect for the gym and take a hammering and never work loose. I did think the lead was a bit short at first.... but it’s just right for the gym. The clip is great too. Very pleased with these.

SoundSport® in-ear headphones are my go to set of headphones . They DON'T fall out of your ear. The sound is equally balanced in both ears. The highs are crisp sounding. The lows don't have too much bass , and both sound superb together. I love using them.

These earbuds have amazing sound! I love how they tell me the amount of battery life I have left when they connect to my iPhone. That's very handy. They connected easily to my phone as well. I've struggled to find earbuds that don't hurt my ears after wearing them for any amount of time, and I've been able to wear these for about two hours or so before needing to take them out for a short break. I'd take one out of my ear at a time to give one ear a rest. This is huge for me because previously, I couldn't wear any kind of earbuds for an hour without my ear canal hurting. The sound quality during phone calls is crystal clear. However, I have struggled to keep them in my ear during rigorous exercise/activity. I've attempted to put them in different positions with the same results. I was excited for the upper triangle portion of the bud because I hoped it would help anchor them in my ear better, but it doesn't seem to help me.
