Sound is magnificent!
Great sound out of this little speaker. I did not want to spend this much money but it is WELL worth it. The sound rivals the Bose 5.1 I have downstairs on my TV.

I have both mini and sous link iii I love both of them. Please note that in wireless there is lot of up conversations on the device. Bose firmware does great job.
Experience robust Bluetooth audio with the silver Bose SoundLink Bluetooth Speaker III. This speaker incorporates four drivers and two passive radiators to produce dynamic and clear stereo sound. Integrated Bluetooth 2.1 connectivity allows you to wirelessly pair with other Bluetooth-enabled devices. A wired 3.5mm audio interface is also onboard for wired audio connections.
The built-in rechargeable battery provides approximately 14 hours of playing time; a wall charger is included with the speaker. This speaker also has a micro-USB interface, which is used to update the speaker's software for ongoing Bluetooth device compatibility. At 10.1" wide and with a weight of 3.03 lbs, the Bose SoundLink III was designed with portability in mind.
