Thins is my second pair of these headphones. They are awesome! They are perfect foe my workouts. The in-ear heart rate monitor is great ? and amazingly consistent. And, they are much cheaper than the only other brand of headphones out there with in-hear pulse monitors. Just what I need. My only complaint is that the battery life is only about 3 (sometimes 4) hours. It long enough for all but my longest workout sessions, so I can deal with it. I wish Bose still made them (and was very happy to find a pair Adorama).

I read many mixed reviews with rating average of 3-4 and was skeptical. I purchased anyway because I own other Bose products and love them. I took them out of the box, turned them on and they synced seamlessly to my iPhone. I followed the directions to sync to my Apple health app and they are perfect. The sound is amazing. They fit in my ear and stay perfectly. All other earbuds I have tried hurt my ears after 15 minutes. That is why I didn't purchase the Airpods from Apple. But these are super comfortable, I've had them in for 5 hours with no pain or discomfort. I've also shaken my head frntically to try and get them to fall out! And they haven't. If I had one criticism, it would be the size. They are larger than most and look a little funny, just like me! A perfect fit!

Really impressed with all the features, including heart rate monitor, sound quality, ease of changing songs and so forth. Couple of minor issues that I have experienced which may not have affected others 1) Not sure how water resistant these are. Twice in the space of a year they have just stopped working mid run. No ability to turn back on and they get hot when trying to recharge. Not sure if it may be related to the some sweat (I don't sweat profusely). Both times I was instantly provided new ones under the warranty which was great. 2) I constantly lose the clip that is attached to your shirt. I clip it on, forget about it and when I take the earphones off the clip remains on my shirt or falls off.

Ear tips could be better. Constantly falling out. Even with the smaller tip. Heart hardly detected, can’t move suddenly cause it falls. Sound could be two notches louder. Sound is better than beats. Just the tips falling out is enough not to recommend and want a refund

I bought these as a replacement a week ago. They have exceeded my expectations. The sound quality is out-of-this-world! I can hear all sorts of instruments & other things that I couldn’t hear before. I love them so much that I take every opportunity to wear them. I highly recommend these headphones to help you enjoy music, audiobooks, podcasts, etc. I’ve even used them with my iPad & MACBook Pro with the Bose Connect app. Buy a pair. You won’t regret it.

Of all my three Bose headphone this SoundSport Pulse wireless is low especially in sound quality, low volume, need to raise vol +++ to 100% in order to have a good sound quality.

Best sound but pulse doesn't connect with Samsung health or any other app except Mapmyfitness by Underarmor, that also fails to auto reconnect. If Bose fix this (Ability to connect samsung health and other apps with auto connectivity) this would be best pulse headphones anyone can by on the market.

I had to repair it twice , third one is falling a part , rubber is piling off volume buttons are falling a part . Its year old I only use them to watch iPad in the evening , I am not using it for training !! I am big fan of Bose but I am really disappointed with quality and battery

The shape of the tips make it so it can never go in your ear entirely and falls out easily. The on button is very difficult to find, especially since it’s so small and there are way too many bumps that look like a button but are only there to fool you. I gave it 2 stars because at least the audio quality isn’t too bad

Most times when I update my phone these earbuds are not recognized by my phone and it is like trying to pick a combination lock to get them to pair successfully.

I have had them for over a year now. They still work and sound great as do most Bose products. The wire coating is junk. after 3 months the rubber / plastic coating covering the wire started to crack. ... Fast forward to a year, I have taped the wire because they still sound good. I just wish I had known that the wiring was going to wear down so fast.

I finally decided to step up the quality of my earbuds from Skullcandy to Bose - and I regret doing it. Those little "wings" on the Bose earbuds actually keep you from getting a good fit, making it necessary to turn the volume up to Maximun just to hear my music. I know Bose makes great products, I own Bose wireless headphones and three Bose wireless speakers. The problem with the fit on these headphones is that it cannot be known until after you've spent your money and the place I bought them wont take them back due to "obvious hygiene issues" So I just lost over $100 dollars of my hard-earned money. Fortunately I still have my Skullcandy buds...

Headphones are comfortable and the sound is superior. However, I bought these because of the advertised heart rate monitor. I've found that this feature does not work with any major fitness app, including the apps listed on the Bose Connect App "apps we love" page. Even worse, the Bose app doesn't have a "record" function which would at least allow me to see min/max/avg during a workout period. Very disappointing.

Definitely sound quality is better in bose but the fittings are waste. With in months , things will fall apart, cover came off and it is not worth for money. I didn't even use it for any sports. Just to listen songs. This is my second headphone from bose disappointed again with the appearance and durability. Now it looks like cheap one £ product. Afraid to buy any new products from bose.

Great sounding headphones and very comfortable fit. However, I returned three of these earphones to Bose, all with the same fault. The problem to date was never resolved by Bose, with no explanation and reluctantly had to settle for a refund. All the earphones developed a creaking/clicking sound. This was most noticeable in the right earphone (side with volume control). On closer inspection I established that the sound was coming from where the black cable entered the red housing of the earphone. Whilst running, the two plastics rub together and create the creaking/clicking sound. The black clip on the cable is intened to reduce movement by attaching to your collar, however the weight of the volume control still causes the cable to bounce around. The noise is extremely distracting and I was unable to listen to music whilst running.

I have been using this for about a year now and with usage of over an hour each day. The design is fascinating as is the sound quality. It's easy to set up and pair with my phone / laptop. The options of the earplugs to have a better fit was a good thought as with the small ones it initially kept dropping off till i replaced them with the medium sized ones. All good till here and i had hesitation referring it to my mates. After about 6 months the product started to fall apart without any apparent reason. The Bose logo decal and outer casing started to come loose, the heartbeat sensor casing started getting displaced revealing the inner circuitry (possibly causing the heartbeat detection to fail at times). Made some efforts to glue them back but it never did quite stay. (I'll set aside the fact that the fabric clip is a delicate thing to keep from getting lost) However, on contacting Bose i'm now hopeful to get some help on this matter.

Best sound quality by far, pulse rate spot on. I bought this mobile specifically for heart rate monitoring in the gym, I also bought a Garmin watch, my preference is Bose. Only downside of the Bose is I live in China and can't get Strava to connect, the manufacturing date of the Bose is two years ago and it is still downloading firmware upgrades for over a week..... I use snugs with the Bose, awesome combination

I bought this headphone an year ago, the design of this headphone is not optimally deigned as often the covering used to close the headphone comes out. Unfortunately the headphone stopped charging after 1 year. It always shows red colour when power cord is inserted in the charging slot. After few seconds it switches off and never charges the headphone. Certainly not value for the money I paid. In a year now I am to replace this headphone with new one as this never charges.

The sound quality is excellent. After a year and a half or a quarter years, the glue on the rubber on the earphones degrades and comes off. This exposes the pairing button. Shortly the unit stops working and doesn’t pair. This device has a definite half life. be prepared to replace them. They are not built to last.

I'm a serious runner and like many others, when I run, I like to listen to music and podcasts to overcome the monotony of longer runs and keep me motivated to run faster. Throughout the years, I've been a big fan of Bose in-ear headphones, because of their patented earbuds, which "hook" into your outer ear lobe so that they don't fall out. This is the first pair of wireless headphones, which I've been kind of "forced" to buy, due to newer phones getting rid of their headphone jacks. At first, I had some reservations switching to Bluetooth because it drains your phone's battery, has slightly worse sound quality, and is generally less reliable (although, I caveat this with the fact the fact that all headphone jacks eventually wear out, which means that they are also not a perfect solution). I chose the SoundSport Pulse because I didn't trust the SoundSport Free Truly Wireless Sport Headphones additional weight to stay in my ears, and I thought the heartbeat monitoring was a nice feature. Looking back, I use a Garmin Forerunner 735XT, which tracks my heart rate and a bunch of other metrics, so I probably didn't need this feature. This pair of headphones has thoroughly impressed me. I initially bought them over a year ago just in time to run a half-marathon. During the two-hour race, it rained with medium intensity the entire time. A couple of days later, the headphones were inoperable. I brought them back to the Bose store with receipt in hand, and they exchanged them no questions asked. Since then, I've logged over 1200 miles for a total of almost 200 hours through oppressive Florida summers, thunderstorms, and sub-20 degree Fahrenheit weather without a single hiccup from my headphones. Additionally, I wear these headphones when I detail my cars, ride my bicycle, and walk my dogs. They perform admirably for all of those activities. The only complaints I have with the headphones is that the cord that attaches the two earbuds can be annoying and takes a bit of getting used to, but they also mean that you are less likely to misplace an earbud and that the bezel on one of the earbuds came free (as depicted in the picture), but that has not affected performance whatsoever. Also, they don't fit well under hats and helmets, which would be nice for when I go skiing or ride my motorcycle. I'm about to run my second marathon and sixth or seventh race, and I'm going into the race with full confidence in my headphones. I will definitely choose Bose for my next pair of earbuds, which will probably be the SoundSport Free Truly Wireless Sport Headphones, so standby for my review on those.

At the very beginning I was never interested in wireless earphones, but after using the Bose SoundSport Pulse wireless my thought's have changed. Be it for day to day activities or travelling, this one is always with me connected.

Bought this last year March 2018. Works fine. The only bad thing is that after connecting them to my iphone, I have to restart my phone in order for the pulse to be recorded on my health app, which is quite annoying. Other than that, I have no issues with Bluetooth connection or sound quality.

I’ve bought these around 2 years ago.. First pair the buttons rubber came off, so was replaced near end of warranty. The replacement had a tinny bass on the left, but put up with it for months as I couldn’t be without headphone for the 2 week period of replacement. I use them everyday for 5+ hours. But when I had enough I decided to get in touch and the service was just as good as usual. Never had any other issues. Battery’s are superb, headphones are the best in ear I have had. Thanks BOSE for your impeccable service..
