Great ear buds. Sound is very clear! The charge lasts a good long time. Earbuds sometimes cut out for no reason. I think it has to do with the iOS Bluetooth pairing. Price could be more competitive. Still recommend.

Very nice product. This is my second pair. I never leave home without them and I usually use them in every room at home too. Great for conference and video calls while working from home. I keep one pair in the bedroom and the other pair in the living room.

Not for people with small ear canals. The smallest that come with it don't fit well, which means you can't be active with them in. Sound is great as you sit in your chair. Very poor instructions.

They are definitely a bit bulky sticking out of your ears. Not ideal for phone calls at all since the right piece is the only one that has audio for phone calls and it’s very hard to hear and there is definitely a delay in audio when trying to watch movies. Otherwise it gets the job done when going for my runs and bike rides.

I had high hopes for these wireless headphones. I would describe them as irritable. They randomly disconnect while in use. In my case, it is often during a run making them unusable. You need to place them back in the case to reconnect. The sound is excellent and they seem to stay in my ears pretty well while running.

excellent sound quality. The only reason I dropped a star was because the connection with my laptop disconnects often. It doesn't do that with my phone so the problem could be with the laptop. I just mention the connectivity issue to give an honest review. I would and will by another pair. Like I said it could be the laptop.

Connectivity with my computer wasn't easy at first but I figured it out. The sound is incredible. I have the Samsung earbuds also but I wish I had not wasted my money on those and just went with my first mind to buy the Bose. GREAT SOUND. And a really good price.

I have a set of Sound Sports that are 4 years old and a little beat up. They still sound great as back ups. The Sound Sport Frees have been outstanding for simple audio during calls and webinars. I also own the Sony - WF-1000XM3 Earbuds and in my opinion the Sony product is far superior to the Bose product. I am very disappointed that the Bose does not allow noise cancelling like Sony. Also, I think the default volume level for safe listening is too low in the Bose product. Finally there is no equalizer capability in the Bose product.

I took a while to buy these and read all the reviews. some said there were issues with video and connectivity so i was very hesitate. I ended up pulling the trigger and very happy. they are awesome. not 1 single problem and sound is awesome. only down side is the size as they are big and stick out but i got over it

Battery Life Stinks , Should last longer than 2 and a half Hours , Cant turn them off , .. due to being able to track them, therefore ,. Put them in the case to charge, You would think , when they are charged all the way up, the charge part would turn off, Well, It doesn't. These are great and terrible at the same time. The great is the sound and ear canal fit. Great sounds and they fit amazing, tight and comfortable (with some caveats). The terrible is they are large so wearing a beanie in the winter is just not possible. Also laying in bed, turn over and smoosh your ear hurts.. Also they don't connect automatically I have to manually reconnect them often. Also, the left earpiece just stops working often and I have to reset them so it works again (yes I have the latest software and firmware update). Got them using my credit from buying my laptop so I can't complain about free, but I'd never buy them if I was actually spending my own cash. Battery for me has been about 2 hours watching videos. Finally the case is so can big I can't comfortably keep them in my front pants pocket like I used to with other brands I've had. The saving Grace is the sound and fit.

There is no changing of songs by a press of a button and the volume buttons are difficult to press. Otherwise sounds good and the mic seems to pick up voice well. Cannot figure out how to answer a call by pressing something other than on the phone.

To start it was difficult to set the earbuds up and the learned it could only be connected to one device at a time. I wasn't pleased that an offer over $100 was included to set them up. Setting up the beats headphones were much easier. I didn't have them for a week when the left earbud stop working. After having such a difficult time setting them up and then to have one not working less than a week, I decided to return and get a full refund. The process to return them was easy. The Dell representative was very helpful.

Great sound, once you get used to the controls they work great for hands free phone calls and music. Feel comfortable in the ear, and never fall out, even during intense exercise.

I truly was looking forward to using these headphones, has been using wireless BEATS and was not satisfied with the sound. These sound amazing but that is the only feature that works. Connected to Note 9 and no matter what i tried it would loose connection on the left pod, then reconnect multiple times during one song! Connected to Surface laptop, there is a 1-2 second lag when watching videos, very distracting. Returning and will search for some thing else.

I work in a deli, and we have water everywhere at night when we close. I chose these buds because of the sport aspect and being true wireless. Let's just say I am VERY pleased with these earphones! The sound is phenomenal (Of course, it's Bose!), and I will be getting another pair!
