Bose is always good to great. Probably could spend a hundred more and get a better pair, but for my wife this is a great fit! So much better than the lesser expensive brands we considered.

Love, love, love these headphones. Worth the money, quality sound, and no outside noise even though they are not noise canceling, still no outside noise. I would uy them for gifts again. Recommend them very highly.

I got these for my wife for Christmas. We share our office space and she occasionally edits video productions, making coexistence in the same room challenging. She suggested a pair of headphones, and I thought she deserved better than cheap 'phones. These fit the bill very well. Great sound that didn't break the bank.

Bought 1 week ago for sons birthday and depending on how you turn the cable depends on which side you hear music. Cannot hear sound out of both ears. Very disappointing.

I was looking for a new pair of over the ear headphones with a good mic and volume control. These are perfect! I use them mostly during my commute or when I'm playing video games. I am very happy with them and I'd recommend them if you're looking for something simple but useful.

I brought this "Sound True Around - ear headphone II" after my earlier Bose "Sound True ON hear" got robbed. While the new earphones is much more expensive, surprisingly the sound quality of this is not good as that of the old one. I felt the bass and beats is not that pulsating ...

I truly can't stand these headphones. I've used them a fairly normal amount and through this use they've constantly fallen apart, and the left half had just blown out. They are also bulky and fairly unpractical.

Have always been impressed with Bose products and I currently own a variety of them so I decided to order this item as a Christmas gift in November. Email from Bose stated ships within two weeks. At the end of the two weeks an email was sent with a UPS tracking number. However, after an extended amount of time after the scheduled delivery date and when speaking with a representative from both Bose and UPS, Bose had still not moved the product from their warehouse to UPS. Now with it being three days after Christmas and obviously me no longer requiring the item as a gift I attempted to receive a refund. I was then told by Bose that because the item had shipped (despite there being no proof the product had even left the Bose warehouse) that my only option would be to reject the package once it finally arrived and once Bose received the product back a refund would then be processed in two to three weeks! I was also told that I should not expect the package to move to UPS for at least another week and then UPS delivery would take 10 days to deliver and then another ten to return let alone the hassle of having to drive in to a UPS facility to reject the package. Truly disappointed by the lack of customer service when requested on multiple phone calls. This will be the last product I attempt to order from Bose and I will be telling friends and family of this struggle. Even if they make a good product, they do not stand behind it and that doesn't give me much confidence to purchase another product in case something were to go wrong with it.

i bought these a couple of day ago on amazon from the bose company, and the headphones are perfect. it's just that the cord, if you twist it the wrong way in the headphones, the right ear will stop working. but i love the head phones. just not the cord.

I got these for Christmas and there so comfortable I absolutely love the sound. The base is a tiny weak but still amazing. I love the look of the headphones and how they go over the ears plus they not to heavy.

As a serious Bose fan, I bought a new pair of the SoundTrue II Headphones. I really did not need them, but I thought to myself...........These are Bose ! How can I go wrong ? I didn't go wrong ! I loved them ! Took them with me on a cross country road trip with some friends. When I wasn't driving, I was jamming out ! A few of the guys decided they wanted to check out my headphones. They fell in love with them ! So, on our trip 3 extra sets of headphones were bought ! The only way I see it is that I will always stay with Bose for my music listening needs ! These headphone are quite ept in reporducing sound. Fidelity is great, music sounds crystal clear. Bass is a little weak, but that is not really a problem. Overall, the sound quality is excellent. Comfort is top notch. Durability is OK, I would prefer the joints to be made of metal, and the wires to be braided though.

These sound great. Crisp treble, decent bass. The build is very good, and they are very comfortable even for long periods though they can get a bit hot due to the leathery material. My only minor gripe would be the cable is pretty long (66 inches).

I bought these approx 2 weeks ago and will be returning them. I'm usually a Bose fan and have bought the more expensive headphones and had no problems. I bought these for the commute to work however after 2 uses they do not work and now the sound only comes out from the left side.

I bought these as I use my headset when using my computer and for gaming, thought these would be ideal, but noticed another review that said the mic doesn't work with a computer! this is indeed correct and defeated the purpose of having these as I use alot of comms. Real shame as the sound quality is fantastic and very comfortable too, but left disappointed.

I bought the headphones on sale and tried them for couple of days. First of all the Sound cuts out depending on wire placement or even if i slightly move the wire which is very annoying. Volume is slightly low compared to other headphones (Sony, Klipsch). Is this normal to the SoundTrue II model? Sound clarity is good and I really expected Bose to provide a better product at this price range.

Just got my new headphones and they are blowing my mind. Design is pretty good, not too fancy nor cheap, just on point. Battery saving on my iPhone is great, and the sound quality is unbelievable, just as you would expect from a Bose product. Only thing I would change is the cord length which is a little too long. I've read some reviews regarding the volume, in my opinion these headphones are perfect. Some people may like something louder but that would just damage your hearing.

Once in a while I was in love with Triport products. Bose headphones really live up to their names in around 2007 and such when they churn out three revolutionary products called Triport OE, Triport IE and Triport AE. Being the largest of the three allows AE to have unprecedented bass response and such, but it's not the case for BOSE. Among the original product line aka the first generation BOSE headphoens, IE stands out as a typical bass-heavy product that churn out an abnomal amount of bass which you can often find on bose small speakers, OE really shines with its unprecedented fit and incredible comfort, and that kinda left AE behind. What makes AE so special & unique was it's normal or somewhat easy-going approach towards all frequency spectrum. We don't get tons of bass in AE as in OE and IE, but instead we got some really high-quality spectrum balance from lows to highs, they're smooth, with that little sparkle in the high notes to discern acoustic guitar from electric ones. Things went down hill from 2nd generation and now SoundTrue comes out I think it's the worst generation. BOSE has a reputation of good sound, and it also has a reputation of tuning bass down generation by generation, such is the case with WAVE, soundtouch or soundlink, and the same rule applies to bose headphones. Jesus, no. AE's not worth the price. I'm disappointed.

I recently bought these headphones, and, they really are terrific- nicely packaged and presented, lightweight, nice and comfortable on the ears, with great clear quality of sound- no distortion when volume is raised. I use them when listening to my Bose sound wave system in private, and sometimes when using my laptop. Well worth the 5 star rating!!

Got these for christmas and i am loving them even months later. Great comfort and even though they aren't the noise cancelling version, they block out a great amount of outside noises. Highly recommend these to anyone looking for some nice around ear headphones!
