I only use this twice and it works well............ The reason for only 4 stars, the remote slides onto the flash shoe on top of the camera but does not fit well, it is loose and does not clamp in place. I used a little piece of electrical tape on the remote track so when you slide it on the flash shoe it binds a little, now it is tighter and hopefully will not slide off.

incomprehensible manual filled with errors that confuses what should be a simple installation. No web site info to help new users, just sales information. No forum, no help other than send them an email.

Purchased 2 of them and gave one as a gift to another photographer. They work well on Canon 5D, 5D MKII and MKIII does what it was intended to do no problems with them.

I use the 3 in one wireless remote in my photo classes that I teach. I have three stations with multiple studio flashes at each. I can have several students use the studio flashes all at the same time and each will be on their own channel. Since 75% of my students have Canon Cameras, this works out great for me. I have a couple generic wireless triggers that I use for the other students with Nikons, and other brands. Only flaw I've noted so far is that the battery door will not easily stay in place if the batter is not in it.

The receiver slides on and doesn't lock, so it easily can slip off the camera which it's done to me. When I pick up my tripod to walk up a hill, I don't want to have to worry about the receiver sliding off. Secondly it is too slow, there is a delay...the same delay your cameras timer has. You might as well just use the camera timer if you can wait that long. But I need a wireless remote that can trigger as soon as I hit the button so that I don't miss the shot. A much cheaper remote I used for over 10yrs finally broke so thought more expensive would be better. Not.

The wireless remote works as well or better than a $300 one from Canon. This is the second one I have purchased and find no problems with them. They are used to both remotely trigger my 5D MKII (2) and lights.

I love the versatility that will let me use with flash attachments or as a remote control.

Works as described. Good for self-portraiture and portrait photography. Haven't used with slave flashes yet, but seems to be a good piece of equipment for any photographer.
