You get what you pay for.

Actually this is a nice little off camera flash. It even works on camera if you want. I purchased it as a supplemental slave flash. It has limited controls, so it takes some experimentation to figure out how to position it. I had a little trouble at first getting it to fire. It is small and light and packs well in my camera bag.
