A great value for the money!
I don't know a lot about flash photography so I didn't want to spend a lot of money on something fancy. This flash does the main thing I wanted and that is to flash and give me some light. It does that well and would do it better if I knew what I was doing. I viewed some tutorials but couldn't find one specifically on the Bower. If you are familiar with camera settings using a flash attachment, I think you'll like the Bower.

It provides very good light, however it wiggles some when connected to my camera.

Poor construction
The flash worked well when I first used it, but a week later, when I was taking photos at a friend's wedding, the on-off switch broke off and I have not been able to use it since. I guess you get what you pay for.

Great flash for the price.
My Sony A330 built in flash stopped working so I bought this one. Great flash for the price, works better than expected.

Flash in a flash!
Didn't think I would find a flash for my old 35mm camera, but after a short search, I found something compatible.

Works really well for the money
Works well for fill light and for taking long exposer nigh shots. I used this item this weekend taking photos of my daughter in the sun it perfomed just how i hoped,my only complaint would be that the plastic zoom feels a little loose
