Good tripod, the crank is a little stiff when you try to raise the neck of the tripod. The head of tripod is a little flimsy, have to be careful because the head will pop off and it is a beast to get back on. Other than that, it serves it purpose.

Very sturdy and easy to use. We use ours daily and are transported so get a lot of wear. Had ours for 6+ months and they are all working perfectly.

I have an old Nikon DSLR and just need something that will handle the 70-300 kit lens. I'm not a heavy user. Most of my use will be indoors or in my backyard. I had a tight budget, and this works great for my needs. Tried it out taking some shots of the moon, and it was perfect.

I bought this tripod for a Bushnell 4 lb spotting scope, based on advertised specs - Heavy duty, 10 lbs capacity. This tripod will hold 10 lbs, but how steady or vibration free is questionable. It does work as advertised, but I wish the legs were beefier making the tripod steadier for my use with a 60x spotting scope.

I have used this product for my video camera as well as my still cameras and even to support some lighting. Definitely worth the price.
