Poor product description

Not until the box had been opened did I know that this product is not compatible with my laptop. It is meant for computers with a single port for audio and mic. Mine has two ports. So far, I have not been able to find an appropriate adapter.

Boya mics work great if you're not concerned about wires.

I've used both the single and duel mics. They are great if you aren't worried about the wires, which are at least 20ft long. They pick up voice very well when pinned on your shirt. Far away it becomes hit or miss. I've never had any issues. I plug it directly into my Cannon dslr camera same as you would headphones. I recommend them for interviews, YouTube, and up close projects.

The BOYA BY-M1DM is a Dual Lavalier Universal Microphone, with a single 1/8" stereo connector, it can be used with smartphones, DSLR camears, camcorders, audio recorders, PC and other recording devices.

It consists of two of the well-received omnidirectional lavalier microphones and 4m (13') length cable, it's prefect for interviews, presentations, podcasts, webcasts, or any situation where more than one subject needs to be recorded.

Its 4m(13') cable provides 2.8m(9.2') of distance between each microphone for comfortable placement, while the included tie clips allow for hands-free use.
