I got this mic at a fraction of the cost of the Rode equivalent mic and the quality is exactly what I needed. Handles voice very well.

Great for the price
Great, affordable, portable mic. Does a decent job amplifying voices compared to built-in mic but still picks up a fair bit of background noise.

Money well spent, especially at sale price!
Better than good for the price. The plastic clip that holds the mike is fragile - the first one arrived broken, the second was tight and looked it might snap as I (carefully) inserted the narrowest part of the neck of the mike.

Just the best thing for your little camera
This mic is everything I was looking for. Size fits perfect in my Fuji XT20, I was thinking on buying the RODE video mic but then I found this alternative which also included the cable to use with a smartphone, which is really handy to use it off-camera when I need to record far away from the subject.
Overall I'm really impressed with the quality and the price. Would totally recommend it.

Exactly what we were looking for.
Fantastic audio quality, at a portion of regular size. Perfect for our little GoPro rig! Shipped right on time, and we were able to get our first video up by the end of the week.

Happy with my Purchase!
I was immediately taken seriously when asking certain questions of individuals and the audio it captured is crisp, clear and bass heavy in a really pleasant way. It seems to add a certain bit of gravity to anything being discussed. In addition to it's performance while recording, it's got some heft to it, and feels to be of a really good build quality. It's durability will be put to the test, and thus far I have high hopes
