The quality of picture is good as 4k. Decent purchase for a first timer under $1K. Ease to use in small room . Only drawback are no Bluetooth and felt the heat .

Does exactly what I need it to do?pretty short throw, pretty bright (doesn't require full dark), pretty quiet, pretty reasonable size and weight. Easy to use. I'm really happy I got this unit and not something 5x more expensive.

Thus far, the BenQ HT2050A has been performing very well. I am far from an expert, but the 2050A seems to be living up to the reports of having great colors and good brightness even in the presence of some ambient light. It's also relatively quiet and the built-in speakers perform admirably. I paired this with a Google Chromecast hoping that the USB-A port would be able to power the Chromecast but to no avail. I had to power the Chromecast by standard means.

Great picture and very bright even in afternoon. Easy to use connects quickly to input source. Would have given it 5 stars but it puts out anlot of heat. Obviously there are physical limits using this lamp technology, but so be it.

Only had it a week and already loving it! If you don't want to spend upwards of $2k, definitely get this projector and spend money on decent screen.

The machine is very quiet when running, but the audio it emits is louder than expected! We have not needed to add a sound bar, though we are not audiophiles. Picture quality is solid and is visible with the lights on, but not very enjoyable.

I'm amazed by how light, powerful, and effective the projector is. We use it outside and project onto the wall of our house; its image is clear & well-lit even from 20 feet and more away, and its sound is much better than I thought it would be--I'm not sure we'll bother with external speakers now that we've heard a streamed concert and thought the audio was really pretty good, and plenty loud. It makes our woods feel like a nightclub.

This projector is great! I’ll admit, outside of old office free-bees, this is my first my foray into projectors. That being said, I’m really happy with this projector and performance to date. My husband has not stopped sending people photos and videos of it. He’s glued to Xbox whenever I’m not asking to watch movies together. He’s super impressed with the lack of lag while gaming and I love how stunning the picture quality is. Even with all the lights on, we can still see the picture (looking like the old free office projectors again). When we turn down the lights, omg. The sound quality is great. We have it mounted on the ceiling and had to turn down the volume because it was so loud. That being said, we are connecting to our sound bar, we just didn’t happen to have it all hooked up yet. My husband kept telling me we’d have to save for a $4k projector. I found this one for <$700 and couldn’t find a bad review of it. I totally agree with everything I’ve read and heard
