Too long

Build is good and concept is good, but the strap is totally useless to me. I'm 5'9" tall and thin. After adjusting so the strap is as short as possible it's still way too long. I could probably take a full two feet off the strap and have it be more usable.

Perfect strap

This is my second BlackRapid strap and just like the first one, I love it. The small clip strap that goes under your arm is now secured to the main strap and no longer falls off, it's well made and built to last. Great for anyone who needs their hands during a shoot and doesn't enjoy the cheap neck straps that come with your camera body. A+++

Great for Walking with a Telephoto

Love this strap for screwing into the foot of a telephoto for carrying it around on walk. Very comfortable to have at your side, and can be quickly and easily pulled up into a shooting position. Some say it can unscrew after a while using it but I haven’t noticed anything like that at all within a single day out shooting, and think you would have to be pretty negligent to not notice it being loose before you head out for a walk. Just make sure it is tight when you put it on and are getting ready to go out with it. Comes with a safety tether if you are really paranoid about sudden failure, but I personally feel it has no problem staying secure and supporting my Camera and lens, which weighs around 6lbs. Great for my purposes. Liked it over the think tank slide because of the ease in attaching to a tripod food, and the fact that actual point of connection to the camera seems much sturdier.
