I have had my share of straps over the years this cross shot is a great fit. I shoot in all types of weather conditions.. The rubber padding keep from sliding when I'm wearing my North Face jacket.. I sent some photos to your customer relations on top of Mount Rainier with the cross shot..

I am a professional photographer at a well known theme park and I use it every day. This strap is very comfortable and generally durable; a well made piece of gear, although I need to replace it every 7-9 months from wear and tear. However, I'm not keen on the recent price increase. Just a year or so ago, this same strap retailed for about $50. I felt it was mildly overpriced then, but now it's nearly unaffordable for what it is. This may be the last time I'll buy one unless the price goes back down.

I love this strap, it is really comfortable and feels very secure even when carrying my Sony A9 with a Sigma 150-600 lens. Feels very well made. Highly recommend.

This strap is amazing! It's lightweight and the rubber shoulder padding did great job in keeping the strap in place. I've never felt how liberating it is to have my neck free of the full weight of my camera. I can walk around with my gear without getting worried to feel burdened by it after a couple of hours. The slide lock is also an awesome feature; it kept my camera from swinging around when I'm not using it. This is definitely a great find for me!

I have just received my Cross Shot Breathe strap that replaces my older Metro strap. I use Blackrapid straps as they are the best for me as a wheelchair user as they are much longer than the standard straps and certain competitor cross body straps. I'm a professional sports photographer and I can now keep a DSLR and large telephoto prime lens on my lap without fear of dropping very heavy and very expensive kit while I am pushing my wheelchair around a stadium. The Metro strap was good but the Cross Shot Breathe is perfect as the shoulder pad is a little heavier, still soft and is so grippy on anything from a shirt to a waterproof jacket.

The strap has worked wonderfully for me so far. A three mile hike through the desert today and my camera was comfortable and where I needed it. The strap was comfortable for my small nikon superzoom.

I knew the neck strap that came with my D750 was not what I wanted so I was on the hunt for something different. Having met a professional photographer on the job, I noticed she was using a HoldFast leather rig made for 2 to 3 cameras. It was just great! Far more harness than I would ever need, I looked for something similar. I found the BlackRapid products. Using the cross shot for a month now I am sure I made the best choice for me. Given that I'm carrying an average of 3 pounds, depending on the lens, it just works great. More secure than a neck strap. I would recommend any BlackRapid product based on my short experience with this purchase.

This is my second Black Rapid Cross Shot. This one was a gift since a family member kept borrowing my first one. The strap is sturdy durable and I get many inquiries about where others can buy it. My only concern is the attachment where it attaches on the bottom of any camera. Yes it is secure, that is not my issue. I have devised a way to attach the strap to the 'post' site on the the side of my Olympus camera to allow me to quickly attach the camera to my tripod. It would be great if the company would provide it's own safe way to do this for other users.

I purchased the BlackRapid Cross Shot Breathe Strap prior to a trip to Colorado to replace my kit strap. I wanted a strap that would be better for hiking and would allow quick access. I thought the price seemed high initially. That changed when I realized that the strap performed better than expected. I appreciated the plastic clip that slides up/down to keep the camera either down at the hip or open for quick photos. The camera attachment was easy to remove to allow camera mounting to a tripod. I had no issues or was never concerned about the screw connection. In all, I wish I would have purchased the strap a long time ago.

This is so much better than the factory strap. I love the versatility and convenience of the sling style strap. I took off 1 star for the buckle on strap. I don't understand why it needs to be there...let alone on the back side. I could easily see the buckle coming undone and my 5D MkIII crashing to the ground. So I zip tied the buckle and then wrapped it with gaffers tape to keep it from coming undone by accident. Overall a great strap at a great price.

I love not having a camera bounce around on my chest. This strap keeps your camera out of the way andin a comfortable location at your side where its handy to get to.

This strap moves around a bit, depending on what kind of clothing you're wearing it with. I'll probably try the Sport version next with the armpit strap. But if you can't afford more than $ I'd definitely recommend this as opposed to a conventional neck strap.

I ordered two straps, and this one was more money. It is definitely well equipped. The other strap was cheaper, and works just fine for me. I will keep this one and let my husband use it, it is well built.

Love this strap! It's a great way to carry my camera when I'm hiking or for street photography. Times when I'm bringing minimal gear, I can use the BlackRapid Cross Shot Breathe to carry the camera "at the ready" and maybe just put an extra battery in pocket and I'm good to go. As a tall guy I appreciate the length of the strap and adjustability.
