Bought two, one doesn't work properly. Seems like support was more there to wear you down to try a million different things than to actually get it to work or to replace it which is what they should have done. Shouldn't be a part time job for me to troubleshoot right out of the box. It didn't connect with the cable correctly. Should have been replaced. Never again with this brand. You had your chance. .

This machine is awesome! Never dreamed I would have had so much fun With this tiny machine. I know it's also for business but for little old photo hoarders this machine is a godsend! Love it. You don't even have to use a computer to use it. Downloading a little tricky but manageable even for rookies. Best machine ever!

I really wasn't certain I wanted to buy a machine as expensive as this one. And it IS expensive. Having said that, I will say I think it is worth it. It's small, it's FAST, it appears to be quite solidly made, the software works, and it works with other software (Nuance PaperPort well. (For the price, they could have included more than one document carrier, because they wear out, and they aren't cheap, either.) If it turns out to be durable, then it may be my favorite machine ever.

Great scanning ability but very difficult to set up for network use. Part of the problem are the skimpy documentation and nearly useless help features. The other problem are the cryptic setup screens. Since there is a build in web server there's no excuse for things to be so cryptic and poorly organized.

We purchased 15 ads-2000 scanners that have been great and one ads-2500w. The ads-2500w worked fine through 440 scans but than a double feed error popped up when scanning more than one page. You could turn off the multifeed detection and it would work but doesn't work with any other third party software (goes back to the multifeed error). Apparently since the multifeed detection is broken but you can turn it off with their software to Brother all is fine. We're sticking with the ads-2000 with less options to break.
