Brother 2"x100' Continuous Length Paper Tape for QL Label Printers, Black on White

I purchased my Brother Tze cartridge from Amazon in March of this year. I installed it into my Brother printer today and within a few minutes, the tape totally de-laminated & jammed. The cartridge is totally defective and cannot be used. I called Brother and spoke to someone who told me that there is only a 90 day warranty on tape cartridges. What happened to a year warranty???? Bottom line is that the Brother tapes are obviously unreliable and Brother refuses to stand behind it's product!!!

The unit does everything I have ever wanted it to do. It is easy to set up, and quick to set up and print multiple labels. The only complaints I have are that the battery doesn't last as long as my old units, and that it seems you waste label, before every print.

I use this labeler on the go everyday and it does everything I need it to do. It is very durable and has plenty of options and versatility when it comes to fonts and different label types (i.e. cable wraps, patch panel labels etc.. The only complaint I have is about the rechargeable battery, after a short while the life of the battery seems short however if it is charged nightly I usually have enough to take care of my work.

The battery life is terrible. 2 days after charge down 1 bar. Book says 50%. This battery is lithium and should be much better than previous model. I only had to charge old one once every 2 months. Corporate sent a new unit, but same battery used. They did not replace the battery.
