The printer is basically fine but it can't print graphics worth a dang. The consistency of the colors on the same page is bad. It really sucks up the very expensive toner. I purchased two of these printers and have maybe $3,000 in toner on my shelves and am actively looking at alternative printers. Also, customer service is EXTREMELY difficult to get. Waiting for hours on end for someone to pick up the line--and hoping you aren;t disconnected for the 5th, 6th, 7th time--pretty frustrating.

This printer has met every need I had! It's the best thing I purchased for myself when I retired. No longer having easy access to a printer at work, I needed something reliable. I love the double sided print option, that it's a laser and not dealing with dried up ink cartridges and the fact that it is Bluetooth enabled a huge perk. I just print from my phone, laptop, or iPad whenever I see something I want a hard copy of or need one. Highly recommend!

This is an okay colour laser printer. The print quality is not as sharp or bold as an HP printer. The colours are faded looking compared to an HP printer. The printer has trouble feeding thicker paper such as business card stock.

I purchased this printer loved it but only had 900 copies over the last couple years . Printer quit working - support was helpful but apparently I have a lemon & couldn't be fixed . Unfortunately the warranty had just ran out . Used it mainly for church reports

I found myself in need of a printer that would duplex and print in color. Often I print financial papers that are lengthy and color makes the important things stand out. I also have grand children for whom I print craft pages and activities. As a LEGO fanatic I sometimes print LEGO parts list and color is critical. The Brother HL-L3270CDW does all of these things very reliably. Setup was reasonably easy and the software found my home network easily. From out of the box to actual printing was less than 15 minutes at a careful pace. Handling both letter and legal paper sizes and printing effortlessly from my iPhone are also great features. I am also able to print on heavier paper stock with no jams. And it looks good too!

This printer had 1 paper jam, now the printer has stopped working even after clearing & cleaning. After clearing the 1st jam as instructed, the paper jam error will still remain to prevent you from printing, and it will take 5-10 more attempts of pulling out all the cartridges before the printer will allow you to continue to attempt to print, then the print will make it 3/4 of the way before claiming there is another jam, even though the paper is sitting just fine...paper is not crumpled up or anything. I called Brother tech support, and after doing as they instructed (same instructions that show on the printer), tech support's conclusion is that I needed to use different weight of paper (never mind that I have been using this paper for a year). Recommended paper is used and same result. I bought this printer because it was less expensive than others since it was for home use, and it barely made it over a year?just outside of warranty, so Brother tech support wouldn't replace it either. I have found other reviewers with this same paper jam issue. I will never buy a Brother printer again!

Excellent Printer So Far. After about a month of usage, it's a great little printer. I love all of the capabilities, especially printing from my smart phone. I love the duplex printing, but now I have to remember to turn it on or off based on the paper type or substrate I'm using, for example printing shipping labels requires me to remember to turn it off. The color is good. I ran some color tests against some photo benchmarks and found that the printer is great for everything except shading in the human face (Caucasian) tonal regions. All of the line tests, dot tests, color gamuts, and just plain pleasing to the eye tests were all great. It's a color laser printer, not a giclee printer.

Good printer. For the price, quality and size of the device are exceeding my expectation. The only issue I have with this printer and I haven't been able to resolve it yet is that whenever it goes to sleep, it looses WIFI connection. To connect again, I need to turn the printer off and on again.

The printer is easy to set-up (wired or wireless). It integrates seamlessly with the Apple ecosystem (including AirPrint). The printer is fast at booting and quick to print the first page. Standard print quality is sharp, with moderate contrast, and ok color accuracy. Color printing is ok for everyday documents, but nowhere near brochure and photo quality. Overall a great value with genuine replacement cartridges costing half that of the competition. One star off for color issues.

So far I've been really impressed. The printer is really responsive and works seamlessly with our iPhones and iPads as well as our computer. I'm also impressed with how quiet it is.

I ordered online what I thought was a printer copier to replace my old Wireless Brother printer copier however what I have it just a printer which explains why it is more compact than my previous machine. But in all fairness the new printer is much faster and I am pleased with it. It remains that I will still have to get a copier.

Setup was easy and quick. Firmware updated, and I was ready to produce crisp prints. I love being able to leave it on 100% of the time, which I cannot do with Epson SureColor P600. Easy setup, quality and fast prints, and seems like the printer is quality built as well. I didn't want or need a photo printer (see above), or a scanner. So the money spent went 100% to print functions. Very pleased.
