Open Rigging
Our OpenRig system is the new all-in-one rigging solution, but if you've still got rod-reliant accessories, the Rod Bracket provides an easy assist. Attach it anywhere on your rig: front-facing for matte boxes or follow-focus, or on the rear for power distribution.

With NATO rails, the danger is always an accidental release. The OpenRig's Picatinny-style rails (the ones that looks like castle walls) help prevent that, with notched intervals that the Rod Bracket can stop at thanks to the easy-press safety. If you want smooth sliding, simply press the safety catch to disengage.

If you're needing to build out a full cine rig, then you'll want consistent rod support. The Rod Brackets are spaced 60mm apart center-to-center: the standard distance for 15mm LWS rigging. You'll need to fine-tune the camera height to suit your specific make and model via our range of Risers, but from there you've got easy access to a range of rigging options.

Compatibility
The OpenRig 15mm Rod Bracket is designed to fit on the OpenRig Rail, with a specially-designed NATO clamp to slot onto the center of the Rail. The rods are spaced 60mm apart to provide the 15mm LWS standard width, but different cameras will have different height requirements for a full 15mm LWS setup.
