Ink evaporates?

I'm upset with Brother. I don't use this printer often, but when I do I expect it to work. It seems like every time I need it, there's an ink cartridge that needs refilled. I think that the ink must evaporate quickly. I probably won't buy a Brother product again.

You guys are disorganized

I registered for the auto refresh alert for black and colored inks. I received 3 alerts so far. One alert I responded to cancel but I still received the product. The two other alerts were late and I was told there was a glitch in the system. And every time I call to let Brother know the problem, I would be put on hold for 2 hours only to be told that I have to be transferred to another dept to be put on hold again for 90 minutes. You guys need to hire competent employees. Please give me the number to call to STOP the subscription and alerts? Estrella Kawczynski 408-28=0183 MFC-J491DW

A scam on ink

I just bought 2 packs of ink with the correct numbers but none of work. I got them on amazon. Evidently it was a scam. I am leary of buying Brother ink

It seems like I am constantly replacing cartridges?..doesn't seem like I am getting 300 pages?..I really don't print a lot.

Bad new color cartridge's

I put new color cartridge's in printer then performed Maintenance - Results were bad. Removed cartridge's & ink was on outer portions of all 3 color cartridges. I feel this unacceptable and should get my money or a credit for cartridge replacements

Black cartridge doesn't work

The black cartridge was very pale right from the beginning and it already says it needs to be replaced. I don't print hardly at all so its very frustrating that I put on a new cartridge and its already not working.

Ink cartridges empty without use!

Because my color cartridges were empty, I could not print with my black cartridge. So I needed to purchase and install new color cartridges. Since installing the color cartridges, I have only printed with the black cartridge, but the color cartridges are now at 70%. This is ridiculous. You have to spend money on color cartridges that empty themselves without use - if you don't, the black cartridge won't work!

Machine demands new ink way too early!

I paid a premium price to buy genuine Brother Ink cartridges; nonetheless the machine says I need new ink after only a dozen or so pages were printed.

Blue and Yellow - OK; Magenta - Not So Much

The blue and yellow cartridges were full and registered as such by the printer. The magenta cartridge did not work. Either it was empty, or the chip embedded on it was faulty.
