Printer Ink Misrepresentation

If I could give it 0 stars, I would. This 'standard' yield ink cartridge is "supposed" to print 300 pages?I didn't get 25 pages before printer gave 'ink low' message. I always print on the lowest quality setting to save ink, but it doesn't make any difference?.i NEVER get the 300 pages the package states I should get. When I called customer support to register a complaint, the rep asked if my ink cartridge has a yellow 'circuit board' on top and if it doesn't, then I'm not using 'genuine' brother ink. I purchased the BROTHER/Inobella ink at Office Depot, so if that is not genuine Brother ink, WHY do you recommend Office Depot and Staples as distributors for the ink. I will never buy a Brother printer again, nor would I recommend on just because of the cost incurred when the ink doesn't print as many pages as advertised. That, in my opinion, if blatant false advertising.

waste of money

I replaced all my color cartridges...I haven't even printed 10 copies, and the sensors on the machine are already saying I'm low on ink. I've tried cleaning the heads, and still no luck.
