I have used for years. As a pastor, professor, and pharmacist, I can't tell you how many reports, sermons, lectures, presentations, and articles I have printed in addition to copies and faxes.

Printer has been great up until this year. It has not sync with Windows 11 and I can no longer scan my document to my computer! I hope this can be fixed somehow soon as I am at a severe disadvantage to carry on my work.

This multifunction printer is about as good as you could expect. No failure or other problems during constant use during the first two years. My only minor criticism would be that the first page takes longer to start printing. Customer support is excellent.

I like the printer in general... so far. I've only had it a couple weeks. However.... I work from home and brought my job with me when I moved from Texas to Indiana. I had to upgrade my electrical system in the house we just bought because the pull on this printer is 10 amps. There was only a 15 amp service in my office and with my computer, dual monitors, ceiling lights and ceiling fan running all at the same time, everything would dim when the printer started. I had to upgrade to a 20 amp service in this room to handle the pull. Also... I remote in to our TX office through the internet on a full time basis. The program that I use during the remote session does not recognize this printer so I have to email everything to myself so I can print it. Ugh! I understand not everyone would feel these same issues.

We replaced a Brother MFC 7420 machine for the color capabilities needed for communications and invoicing with added duplex and wireless capabilities. The machine has fulfilled all our needs including envelope printing which is a bit more difficult as they exit the rear of the machine on this model. Nice image quality as usual.

Replaced old type huge copier and fax machine with MFC 9560cdw and now we have one machine that copies in color and duplexes, faxes, scans and wireless printing from computer. Replaced black toner and very easy to install. Can change printing and copying to just black and white to save on color toners. Very happy! No more trips to Staples.

I've owned Brother MFC units before and have always been pleased with the products. This was no exception. The print quality is good and I'm happy with the features of the machine. Printing is crisp and clear, color is good. It takes about 16-20 seconds to print the first page, which can be a negative for some people. I don't printout hundreds of pages per day, and waiting the 20 seconds for the first page is not an issue for me. The machine is a little large, but seems comparable to other color mfc's. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a quality laser printer, and reasonably priced.

We have had this printer for a year now. It has been excellent! Scanner is very fast, Toner life is real good. Setup for the wireless network was easy and has been reliable. I wouldn't hesitate to buy another one for the business if I needed one.

Goes through the toner very quick. Only had it about a month and already replacing the high capacity toners we installed only a few days after receiving the unit. Toner consumption is my only concern.

I must admit I did read a few reviews that were critical of the Brother MFC-9560CDW All-in-One printer and was a little skeptical about buying this printer. It does everything as advertised and I am extremely please with this product. Before this purchase I had a colored inkjet All-in One printer and a laser printer for my black and white copies. I would not have known about this product if it were not for my computer technician who recommended I buy it.

Got this printer after previous brother MFC had problems with leaking color toner and splotches on the printouts. Was great until that problem so I got a new printer...Works great, easy setup and the color output is great...my artist wife loves the accurate color printing for her painting projects.

The machine was easy to set up and it all works very well. We have had some power outages due to storms, but when the power comes back the 9560 just goes back to work.

We purchased this color laser all in one for our small business. Mainly to print our menu's on card stock. The first batch we printed worked fine and ever since we get "out of paper" after each menu prints. There is paper in the paper tray it just seems to jam. We have the setting on "thick paper" because there isn't a card stock setting on this printer. I've not been able to print in duplex mode. When the printer prints it is great quality and on normal paper we don't have issues. But it sure makes it hard to keep menus in our poboy shop.

The printer seems like a very durable printer construction-wise. It reminds me of the original laser HP printers that were very solid and workhorses that never died. The print quality is very clear and it fires up very quickly and prints faster than our old Brother printer which was only a few years old but started having issues over the past year not receiving and printing faxes when we got them from customers or sales reps. So far, very pleased!

I have been a customer of brother machines products for a few years. I operate a small insurance agency and so a reliable printer is very important to our business. When it was time to upgrade our old machine, I didn't consider any other brand. I choose the all in one color machine and I am very happy with it. Although it was on the pricey side I know it will be worth it in the long run.

No complaints about the machine but hard to find toners apart from online as no one carries it in store.

Works well. Support is good. Disappointing that upgrades are not recommended wirelessly, since mine is set up wirelessly.

After searching for about six months looking for a color laser printer with duplex and wireless capability, we found this gem. We have had it for 7 months now and it fully supports all of our home based business needs. We have yet to have a single issue, not even a paper jam yet. We print about 200 pages a week. The color quality supports all of our needs. Speed is not our highest need, but this printer does pretty good on large volume print jobs. The interface took a little getting used to, but once we figured out how to scan to thumb drive, all else fell into place. We love this printer!

My MFC-9560CDW does it all. To me the most important feature of the MFC-9560CDW is that it is a network device. Any PC on our local area network can print, copy or FAX with it. I especially like the double-sided color copying and Faxing feature. The MFC-9560CDW is very convenient because it can scan documents directly to my PC as a file or images. The MFC-9560CDW has every feature to handle every need.

MFC-9560CDW enables me to fax and email large files (like tax returns saving me hours of labor, and costly mailed paperwork. The full color mode prints beautifully, and I love the extra ink capacity which enables fewer trips to buy cartridges. I also have a Brother Laser printer HL-2240 for all my B & W copies. Brother products are super!

This laser printer is fast in color or B&W. The fax and scan functions work seamlessly with my PC. The duplex feature also saves a lot of paper. This machine the best of any of the several Brother printers I have owned. However, the color toner goes fast if one is not selective about when to print in color.

I have had my Brother MFC9560 wireless laser printer for about 8 months and have had excellent results from it. It was fairly easy for me to set up, and I'm not much into technology. Prints are bright and clear. I'm still running on the initial demo cartridges, but just bought replacements through Costco. The quality is just so much better than ink jet printers.

I am unaware of way to check toner levels. It would be nice if copies were ejected a little further out of the machine so you don't have to reach quite so far inside and since the curved side of the paper faces down is sometimes not easy to get hold of the copy. But I like the speed, the scan quality, the duplexing, the output, and the ability to scan to other applications, i.e., fax, file, e-mail, etc. Also, the price was right. Overall a good value.

Excellent product

I have been using this printer for about a month on my home network (4 PC's, 1 mac, and an Ipad). We print about 500 pages a month between my wife and I and two teenage students. The printer is very fast. Output is excellent although photographic color is a little on the dark side (but that could probably be adjusted if I played with the settings). I've printed onto labels and thicker card stock with no feeding problems. The scan feature is great although requires 2 trips to scanner when used...

Great All in One Color Laser
By Everfam
The Brother MFC-9560-CDW lives up to its billing. I replaced a Dell 3010 CN color laser that performed admirably in the 4 years that I had it. I have put about 1,000 copies on the Brother printer in less than 2 months. The print quality is better than my old printer and the colors are truer than my old printer. The printer is fast and quiet compared to my Dell. The Brother takes up the same about of space but considering all the features, printer, scanner, fax, two sided copying its has allow...
