High quality prints and scans.
This printer produces high quality prints and scans and I probably use it for scanning old photos more than printing. I don't use the printer very much, though I have in the past. I do have difficulty getting it to print by clicking on the printer icon in the various sites I visit where I am interesting in printing the content of the page or partial content.

Did I mention its Wireless
Reliable, quality printing at a reasonable price. Love the 2 sided printing, saves a ton of paper. Has easy to read and understand display/control panel, makes completing printing tasks a snap.

Good Printer/Expensive Toner
This is a good printer for the money I paid! The toner refills are expensive.

A good printer but if you use expect to pay for ink. Which you cant find in stores usually. I always have to order. Ink is reasonably priced. I have had a hard time installing because i cant find the password to download the updates.

Disappointed
First time I have been disappointed in a Brother product. Very slow printing; too small paper tray. Returned printer. Decided to repair my Brother HL-L2380DW

Slow, short life span
The printer started off ok - just pretty slow.
About 18 months in, print quality diminished, despite barely any use.
Scanner quality is barely average.
Within 2 years, printer is useless - wont print color at all despite wasting money on all new cartridges. Do not Recommend

Pay a bit more on better product skip Brother's
Horrible product waste of time returned it within first 3 days. Ink leaked and ruined pair of sweatpants. Customer care/tech support could have cared less. The supposed "starter" ink was not in the box and had to buy ink. The printer is slower than molasses going up hill in December. If you can afford to avoid this product, spend a little bit more and get something of quality.

Great Work Printer HANDS DOWN!
Would give it 5 stars, if it had a USB port, for my phone. Having to go wi-fi all of the time gets old, to take a picture then print it up, would be great .

I do not like my Brother Printer.
A great printer that works flawlessly over the past year. The features I like include: double sided printing; scan feeder; tilted control panel; ink cartridges are easy to install and reasonably priced. On a mac, I needed to down load Brother's app in order to use the scanner but it also worked great (and much better than mac's standard scanner interface).

Unless all ink cartridges are full all the time, you cannot print in black and white. In fact, you cannot print or copy at all! It is difficult to even turn the printer off!

It's okay.
I'm a bit upset, not able to install my Microsoft Window XP to this printer. I cannot use this printer with Windows XP, they do not have any printers compatible with this windows version.

I hate this thing
I have loved Brother for 21 years, only buy Brother, unbelivably great Customer Support! But I tried to skimp because I had moved 1500 miles from my other Printer - this is no good. It rattles lie it's a rocket ship about to take off. It jams the paper 9 times out of ten. It takes a really long time to print one page. Save your money and get something else- Another BROTHER!!

Does the job
Prints out clear images and set-up was really easy. I think it?s cool that I can easily print from my IPhone as well. No issues so far :

Never go back to Epson
I have been a loyal Epson owner for over 10 years. I automatically went back to Epson when I needed a new printer. My sister told me about her Brother and how much she liked it. So glad I listened to her. Love the way it loads paper. I print a lot of color for art projects. Very pleased with results. I had a lot of Epson ink left over, but it was worth the loss of the ink to get this much superior printer.
