Not just for lefties...
I actually love my gear hanging to my left rather than my right leaving my dominant right hand free to use. Using my left hand to lift to my right seems natural and slides without hesitation..... A+

I love this side strap
I love this side strap for my camera where the pressure is put on my shoulder instead of my neck. It was starting to bother me quite a bit when doing a shoot for many hours at a time. I also like that the camera can hang to my side and out of the way when I'm not shooting which is very helpful as I sometimes need to write notes, etc. and it frees up my hands.

Quality Camera Harness ??
After adjusting to my body contour and camera convenience level, this camera harness is very comfortable. Well made with good stitch quality. Should last a while. ??

Using it extensively now to keep my full frame camera, and lens (D3, Af-s 80-200mm) very close and secure. 2 to 5 hours at a stretch, very comfortable.

The BR worked perfectly for me
I'm a right handed shooter but I carry my camera on my left shoulder, left hand on the lens collar. The strap that came with the camera would constantly slide down my left shoulder. I purchased the left-handed BlackRapid due to my tendency to carry the camera on my left side. The BR worked perfectly for me, since I no longer have to worry about my camera sliding off my shoulder. Just follow the directions on tightening the piece that screws into the tripod mount.

Very Comfortable Strap
This strap is very comfortable. I recently had to sprint to a location while carrying a camera with a 70 - 200mm 2.8/f lens attached, followed by shooting at the location for the next five hours. I had no discomfort caused by the camera or this strap. The only downside is that it's a bit bulky in my camera bag.
