Genuine Brother magenta Cartridge Failed
Genuine Brother magenta cartridge failed halfway though use. Toner has usually been great over the life of my printer, but I guess I got a bad cartridge. I tried reaching support but it was still "searching" after 10 minutes...

Best printer we've ever owned!
After a miserable experience with so many other printer brands, our Brother MFC -9340CD printer has been a godsend. Works perfectly even after 5 years, and the printing cassettes seem to last forever.

Printer Happy again with Brother ink Cartridges
Had a gift from family member early this year, it was not Brother ink cartridges and they were horrible. Went back to my original Brother ink cartridges my Printer is very happy again, works like almost New!

Worse than generic
Why bother paying 2 - 3 X as much when the cartridge quality has become garbage? The last one I used about 15% and then it started leaving a big black line. The previous cartridge was half used and started leaking toner all over.

Great Product!
I have had my Brother MFC for approximately 7 years now. My wife bought it for me and I'm glad she did. It's reliable and easy to use. By far better than the major competitor for printing. The scanning and fax are great too!. It works well and consistently. Very well designed!!

Cartridge did not work
When I installed the cartridge the copies were actually even worse. I have tried other cartridges and the problem is the same so it might be a printer issue.
