Ink is a bit light and smudge looking once printed on paper, I was under the impression this was good quality printing ink. It does not resemble the initial ink included with my printer.

Your instructions are just pictures which really did not help in inserting your product. It's amazing that there is no instruction writings on the page to explain how to insert the product. They could easily be in English and Spanish and that covers probably 90% of the people you're sending this product to. it was very difficult by just using your pictures. Please change that picture explanation to include English. Exclamation of how you insert the product.

No issues with the printing quality of the TN760 cartridges; however, what I've spent on cartridges I could probably have purchased a new printer. Would be nice to have longer cartridge life.

I think you need to validate your product can even come close to 3,000 copies per toner cartridge. Have never seen it nor expect it sadly.

We've had Brother multifunction machines for over 10 years, and always order Brother toner. It's a bit more expensive, but worth it because we have never had a problem.

Pages show good quality blacks. However, cartridges do not favorably compare with HP toner cartridges that typically lasted for 2000+ pages. Results are still pending depending on just how many pages one cartridge will support

I have a small tax firm. We go through rouchly 4 cases of page per tax season now. We've used several different modles of printers but because we've gone 3/4 paperless, we switched to an all in one Brother. HUGE MISTAKE. We've spent more in 2 years with this printer than we did in the previous 5 years with my ancient Canon. Like another review asked, anyone want to buy a printer? I'm switching back. We have a small income tax and accounting office and have used Brother products for over 15 years. This year we needed to get a faster printer/copier so we upgraded to the MFC-L2750DWXL. The speed was and is very good, HOWEVER, our toner costs have skyrocketed. We were used to the TN650 with 8000 pages capacity and now the TN760 is only 3000 and its the same cost. We are sorry we have switched so we will be going back to the HL-5370 and DCP-8480 we have in storage. Anyone want to buy my 2750;s?

You no longer provide the address return label for Brother toner cartridges and require logging in to the site and providing information. After trying repeatedly to login in to the registration site without success, I am at the point where I will NOT EVER AGAIN buy a Brother product, as much as I like those that I have had/currently have. Creating barriers to recycling will hopefully be a poor and costly business decision for you!!!
