Bad cartridge, bad support. Documentation old.

Cartridge defective. Customer support unhelpful. Brother documentation of Mac OS print menus out of date. Would give a 0-star rating if that was an option.

Can't get full yield due to poor print quality

Works fine for the first ~2000 prints, then leaks toner making the internals of the printer a mess and the prints nearly unreadable. I've had this same issue with three cartridges.

Poor Quality

For an expensive item, it should hold up to putting it in the copier. The pieces are cheap plastic and break rendering the cartridge useless.

Dissatisfied Toner User

I purchased 2 of these item online for Office Depot they lasted 3 days before my printer was telling me to replace toner. I have used this product in the past and it lasted me 2 to 3 months. I am so disappointed in my purchase.

Fast and sturdy

I am particularly impressed with how quickly this machine prints and processes paper. It feels and looks very sturdy and prints papers reasonably quiet. I expect this machine to work for us for a long time.

Toner

The printer is good but the toners stop printing at 5K to 6K instead of 12K that is supposed to. Had to spend a lot of time on the phone to get help and get it reset so we could use the rest of the toner. This happened with 8 out of the 13 printers we have.

Love the larger toner cartridges, error free printing. Would like it better if printer would stop when paper tray is empty, instead of going to different size paper.
