Well worth the investment for a quality trail camera

Having gone through a lot of cheaper trail cameras I decided to shop on reviews of quality and durability. The bushnell came out at the top of the game on all my research and having field tested it now I can say this one is heads above the rest. The no glo feature really shows in the natural movements of the critters it captures. The picture quality is excellent, magnitudes better than the around $100 units that barely last The build quality is great and it seems to be really weathertight having spent some months out in a Western Oregon winter. The battery usage seems to be really good as a couple of months with daily captures and it is still going on the first set of batteries. This is well worth the investment if you are looking for a top quality, durable trail camera with excellent picture quality.

So far so good

Using this to monitor remote property and am quite pleased with initial setup tests. I need to be able identifying features-vehicle name, license plate, etc.-of vehicles entering and leaving property. The dual sensors work much better than my single sensor other camera which only gives me a "no glow flash" reflection off reflective license plates. Pictures are sharper too.

The pictures are great quality. The menu system is not intuitive. It should be easier to figure out. The strap should also be camouflaged.

I only use these trail

I only use these trail camera's for video capture on my property. This Core DS-4K has the best day and night video I've ever seen and the illumination at night doesn't alert the animals.

Bushnell & Primos cameras exclusively

I have been using trail cameras for about 20 years going back to 35mm trail cameras I used to import from the USA to my home in Canada. Gota say the 35mm pictures were amazing and I still have many pictures blown up to poster size on my walls at home. But, the best modern trail cameras are Bushnell & some higher end Primos in my view. I have purchased about 15 digital trail cameras over the years and am an avid Youtuber and wildlife researcher. Bushnell has good picture/video quality, long lasting and rugged and no silly firmware updates like other companies. Caution, never purchase any camera that requires computer plug in firmware updates. Peace & love.

Best Bushnell Camera of 2021

I've owned cameras that didn't trigger with movement, that blurred photos - especially at night, and that didn't have the color and clarity of Bushnell. My old TrophyCam HD is running strong (except the video capture), but I needed to scout other areas. Thorough research led me to one of the best cameras of 2021, and THE best Bushnell camera at this time. I've had it in use for about a month and couldn't be happier.
