Not bad, not great.

Not bad, but not great either. The bright aperture is a plus. But you won't have aperture control from the camera. And it's hampered by a long minimum focus distance. You won't be able to do any kind of macro shots with this. The rings work well, not too stiff. It's also surprisingly heavy for it's size. So it feels solid. Images are sharp, but you have to be careful of the shallow depth of field at the wide end.
