Introducing GRANITE LINK
Incorporating the same features of the corresponding GRANITE model, the BV100HD SPLASH features a special design for achieving an IP65 rating, meaning that the battery resists water ingress from splashes and water jets such as from exposure to rain. While the battery is one of the most powerful V-Mount batteries available on the market today, capable of operating continuously in discharge at up to 12A (approx. 175W), the SPLASH construction makes it ideal to power battery operated light panels and to endure tougher outdoor shooting conditions on any location.

GRANITE LINK is the latest amazing feature launched by BlueShape. All the new GRANITE TWO and GRANITE MINI battery packs now feature Wi-Fi connectivity that transmits battery data in real time.

How It Works
An operator, a camera assistant or a technical director, can easily monitor the state of batteries in close proximity without having to physically press the button to check on the actual battery. Multiple batteries can be monitored simultaneously from a single device. Additional features through the App allow to Identify, Lock, Unlock and Connect to a different network. An innovative Rental Mode is available to limit the period of use when battery are leased. Everything available at your fingertips through Apps that work on iOS and Android smartphones and tablets.

Tight Control and battery diagnostics in real time
Remotely check the state of charge and the remaining runtime updated in real time based on the actual load conditions. Watch the pack inner temperature, the single cells voltage level and the cycle counter.

Entire fleet monitoring from a single device
All batteries connect to the same Wi-Fi network so that one or more smartphones with the App installed can connect and receive data from all the batteries at the same time without the need of special pairing procedures.

Safeguard your property
Avoid unauthorized use of you battery packs by locking when not in use. They will stop releasing any power although enabled to charge. Password protected.

Rental control: Optimize the lease period of your assets
Limit the usage of the battery packs that you rent to just the period your customers have paid for, either a number of days or a certain amount of runtime. When these expire, whichever comes first if both are set, the battery pack will stop releasing power. The user is always notified of the residual runtime through the App.

Advanced modular design
The lithium ion cells are secured inside the pack in a carefully designed and reinforced modular cage. All the metal interconnections and the electronic BMS board are integrated with the cells making a single core. No wiring is used. The metal, cell-to-cell tabs have been thickened using lower resistance alloy for improved welding strength and superior electrical conductivity.

Rock Solid Construction
The external V-Bracket is screwed to the inner core through the bottom case, by means of a reinforcement metal plate. The outer battery pack shells wrap the inner core and clamp it with 8 perimeter screws. A colored rubber gasket is sandwiched in the middle between the outer shells to improve water resistivity apart from giving the battery, a smarter look.

Superior resin
The outer shells are made of 4mm thick automative grade plastic resin featuring superb toughness and impact resistance even at low temperatures.

SPLASH: IP65 Certified
The superior GRANITE construction and the improved insulations features an IP65 rating that guarantee protection and safety of operations against prolonged water splashes and jets exposure making the SPLASH series ideal for outdoor usage under rain.

Improved overall pack longevity
The battery system as a whole will benefit from this robustness because of the reduced risk of internal disconnection or malfunction caused by unexpected crashes thus extending the overall pack life expectancy.

As a result all these significant technical improvements BlueShape GRANITE battery packs are virtually indestructible. They have subjected them to intensive testing and they can safely say that such batteries can withstand several drops from heights up to 2 meters without suffering internal and external critical damages that render them unusable.

Featuring a 5 LED precise gauge for accurate capacity display integrated with state-of-the-art battery safety, balancing and monitoring technology and also providing digital communication with enabled devices. The D-taps have been omitted to enhance the water-resistant quality.

Enhanced contact protection for safer air transport

A safer little detail
BlueShape care and strongly respect the IATA requirements when it comes to transporting batteries. Towards this, they have adopted high quality individual packaging for every individual battery. A recent addition is the CONTACT COVER that they started including on every V-mount battery that comes out of their production as the ultimate protection against short circuit of the contacts.

This cover does exactly what it says and makes it virtually impossible for a short between the terminals to occur during transport. This is their latest enhancement in their list of safety features that give maximum protection, especially important during air transport.
