Scope lens covers
Great scope till u try to get lens covers why sell a 240 dollar scope and not provide a set of 9 dollars co ers or at least provide a vendor p/n Customer service could not help

Best bang for the buck
I've been using Bushnell rifle scopes for the past fourty years and this particular model is the best value of the bunch. The Prime rifle scope is the renamed version of the Elite 3200.
This scope tracks well and is easy to get sighted in.
I installed this 3x9x40 on my newest purchase. A Tikka T3x Hunter chambered in 7mm-08. After four shots at 25 yards.. I proceeded to 100 yards. The first 100 yard group of three was .55 inches using Winchester Ballistic Silver Tip factory ammo. The second three shot group was .63 inches at 100 yards using Norma Whitetail Ammunition. The third three shot group at 100 yards was 1.37 inches using Hornady American Whitetail Ammunition.
So.. I chose to go with Norma Whitetail Ammunition. Reason being the price is $15 less a box for the difference of .08 inches.
I then stepped it back to 200 yards.. guess what.. 1.75 inches.
Those results build confidence!
I'm very pleased with the purchase of my new favorite rifle scope.
Oh.. and the 1/2 MOA dot shows up nicely on paper targets. Which helps these aging eyes ??

Got da prime 3-12x40 multi-turret for my savage 270 knockouts over 400yrs plus easy that's all I have on my rifle's are Bushnell's 303,270,30-06,350L&6.5CM.

A Working Man's Scope
I'll be honest, I've always wanted a simple system that didn't involve BDC reticles to actually work. Problem is, short of paying for custom dials I've never found a scope that works all that well at dialing yardage from the elevation turret. Until now.
As I had purchased several rifles this past year I found myself a bit cash strapped and looking for bargains. Never a big Bushnell fan I never the less ordered a Nitro and was extremely impressed. Next game a pair of LPVO Primes followed by the 3-12x multi-turret. Now the glass was already a known quantity so I figured if the turret system worked it would be icing on the cake.
Mounted this one on my Pro Hunter, choosing the 250gr bullet/150gr pellet dial and headed to the range. Swapping back and forth between 100 and 200 yard targets put everything within an inch and a half group on the targets. Tracking was precise, glass very good, and focus clear when corresponding to yardages (not always the case with other scopes).
Took a big buck opening day with a drt shot and my only complaint, which is common at this price range, was the bit of reflected light with the sun at my back. This is however easily one of my favorite scopes despite that small issue and I'm already looking forward to practicing for next season.

I Purchased this scope for my TC muzzleloader 50 cal, When I opened the box the I found lens cap was broken this was quickly addressed by Bushnell after a call. I fount the printed material enclosed lacking information perhaps some was missing. I finely had the chance to sight in and shoot my muzzleloader and I love this set up, My eyes aren't what they once were, the cross hairs with the illuminated red dot did the trick, I was shooting 1-1/4 groups at 100 yards. Cant wait for early bear season in NY to put this to the ultimate test,

Terrific bargain
Very clear glass. The side parralax adjustment is much more convenient than the traditional front positioned type. Windage and elevation clicks are definite and precise so sighting in was quick and easy. The fast focus eyepiece makes the crosshairs sharp and clear for 71 year old eyes. It's terrific for my favorite squirrel gun (a custom built 10/22). I would prefer a cap for the elevation turret but I knew what it was when I bought it and it works fine as is. Being able to quickly and easily focus the sight picture and then check the exact distance to my quarry makes head shots out to 60 plus yards a piece of cake (the subsonic hollow points I use are not what you call really flat shooting). I would definitely recommend this scope to anyone interested in hunting and not just target shooting.
