Let the advanced Soundweb London BLU-320 Networked Input Output Expander elevate your audio system with its sophisticated features and high-quality performance. This innovative device boasts configurable I/O, CobraNet audio, and a robust, fault-tolerant digital audio bus, making it an ideal choice for professional audio applications.
The BLU-320 is easily configurable through the user-friendly HiQnet London Architect, offering a rich array of logic objects and a convenient "drag and drop" configuration method. This professional-grade processor is equipped with CobraNet audio, featuring primary and secondary ports for enhanced fault tolerance.
Control is facilitated through a separate Ethernet port, allowing for a seamless integration of CobraNet and control networks based on your specific requirements. The BLU-320 also features a low latency, fault-tolerant digital audio bus of 256 channels, utilizing standard Category 5e cabling for a distance of up to 100m between compatible devices.
For extended connectivity, fiber optic media converters can be used to increase the distance between devices to over 40km. The BLU-320 is designed with four card slots that accommodate analog inputs, analog outputs, digital inputs, and digital outputs in banks of four, enabling a wide range of device I/O configurations.
The Analog Input Cards offer software-configurable gain in 6dB steps up to +48dB per channel and software-selectable Phantom Power per channel. The Digital Input Cards and Digital Output Cards process AES/EBU and/or S/PDIF audio and offer a variety of clocking and syncing options.
The BLU-320 also provides easy access to Phantom Power, Sync, Signal Present, and Clip information per channel, without the need for a PC, through clear front panel LED indication. Device-specific information such as Device Name, Device Type, Firmware Version Number, Time, IP Address, and Subnet Mask is readily available from the front panel display.
The BLU-320 also features 12 Control Inputs and 6 Logic Outputs, allowing for seamless integration with GPIO compatible devices. The Soundweb London Interface Kit, which provides comprehensive documentation detailing how Soundweb London systems can be integrated with third-party control systems, is included within the installation of HiQnet London Architect.
In essence, the BLU-320 and the other members of the Soundweb London family provide the building blocks of the perfectly tailored system solution, making it a top choice for live sound, installed sound, and recording studios.
