Brilliant bit of kit yet again from BT. Over-engineered but so solid. As the other reviewer said - needs a longer support post as an option.

I have the Leftfiled 3 for the Sony FX6 and I bought this Lens support for the Sony 200-600 F5.6-6.3 G OSS lens and the post connects securly to the lens making it rock solid. Please note anyone with the Sony 70-200mm GM OSS II on their FX6 will need an extended support post as the distance to the lens barrel is beyond the scope of the standard lens support post.I have temporarily inverted the LWS support and this works but is not Ideal.I have added some pictures for clrification.I will be ordering an extended support post soon.

I recently purchased the LWS Lens Support and it does exactly what it’s supposed to. However, the reason why I bought this was because I wanted to be able to switch lenses quickly. I own the Zacuto lens support, which is good, however, there are a few steps to take in removing it. When time is everything, I wanted something that would quickly allow me to change lenses and not have to worry about the accessories in front, i.e., handles, follow focus, and matte box. The Morrissey lens support is solid. I really like the push-button lock/eject feature, and the 3/8? mounting option. It’s easy to slide on and off the rails. There’s little to no time when it comes to changing lenses and it’s something that lives in my 17-120 lens case.
