Designed with the professional in mind, this dovetail plate features an extended 115mm (4.5") length and a lightweight design to aid in balancing your camera. It provides rigid support in any shooting situation, connecting to the camera using a single 3/8" screw. The integrated anti-twist wings are another standout feature, mating with the locating indents on the RED Komodo to prevent the camera from twisting on the plate. Additionally, rubber pads on the top of the dovetail provide extra grip, ensuring your camera stays secure during dynamic shoots. Despite its robust functionality, the DJI Dovetail Plate is incredibly lightweight at just 50g (1.7oz). Our engineering team has expertly machined out any excess weight, resulting in a dovetail that won't weigh down your gear. The front of the dovetail plate also features 3x M4 threaded holes, compatible with the DJI Focus Motor Mount Kit. This allows you to maintain your focus motor setup, even when releasing from the baseplate. When paired with the RED Komodo DJI/Zhiyun Riser & LeftField Universal Baseplate, the RED Komodo is positioned at the correct 15mm LWS height standard.
