When it comes to mounting 19mm Studio-based accessories such as a follow focus or lens support, the Left Field 19mm Studio Quick Release Bridgeplate Advanced Kit is your go-to solution. This kit not only provides a quick release base for your camera using an ARRI standard dovetail but also includes a pair of 19mm Sterling Titanium Drumstix Rods. These rods, measuring at a versatile 12" (30cm) length, are ideal for fitting a multitude of accessories either in front of or behind the bridgeplate.
The baseplate of this advanced kit employs the innovative Open-UP Quick Release system, compatible with any standard ARRI dovetail. This feature allows for a seamless transition from tripod to shoulder mount or gimbal, enhancing the flexibility of your shooting setup. Additionally, the sliding base is designed to provide optimal balance for the camera operator, ensuring a smooth and stable shooting experience.
The Left Field Bridgeplate features a three-stage lever system that allows for vertical release, sliding, and secure locking into place. Safety locks are also incorporated to prevent accidental release, adding an extra layer of security to your equipment. This bridgeplate is configurable to both ARRI and RED standards, achieved by simply rotating the inner plate.
An ARRI standard rosette is strategically placed on the right side of the bridgeplate, providing a convenient mounting point for handles or extensions. The baseplate also accommodates two industry-standard 19mm rods, which are securely fastened with the kip lever. The riser adapter is interchangeable, allowing the baseplate to be used with various camera models.
