Manfrotto & DJI Dovetail
Our Universal Dovetail mounts to any Manfrotto tripod or DJI RS gimbal plate, allowing you to seamlessly transition from sticks to gimbal shooting in seconds. Use the sliding inner channel of the dovetail to optimally balance your rig, making it ideal for heavier setups.

Modular Top Plate
Our C400 Top Plate comes in three parts, which can be used piecemeal for a lighter rig (the left and right plates can be individually used, whilst the front rod console requires one of them to be installed first). You can also use the optional Top Plate Filler - sold separately - to create a level plate across the top of the C400.

Clean Canon Customization
For adding to your C400 without adding to the camera's footprint, the Create Base Kit gives you the perfect foundations. The Top Plate sits on top of the C400 and offers a range of accessory mounting possibilities - all while keeping the C400's multifunction shoe mount free. The side NATO Cheese Stick comes with an offset Adapter, giving you clearance from the camera body for cable management, whilst providing a range of 1/4" and 3/8" mounts along with an integrated NATO rail.

Alongside industry-standard 1/4" and 3/8" screw threads, the Create Base kit offers a range of other options. The Top Plate is furnished with QD sockets and has a 15mm rod console for adding lens motors. There are also MAP M4 points and dedicated mounts for the C400's microphone shockmount and standard Top Handles.

Compatibility
The Create Canon C400 Base Kit is designed for use on the Canon C400 camera, with the Top Plate being purpose-built for that camera. However, the Universal Dovetail and NATO Cheese Stick are compatible with any other camera body.

The Create Base Kit features a range of industry-standard mounting points such as 1/4" and 3/8" screw threads; as well as a NATO rail, QD sockets and 15mm rod bracket - making the kit compatible with a range of third-party accessories and components.

- Canon C400 Top Plate MK II -
The Canon C400 Top Plate Mk II adds new accessory mounting points to the top of the C400; including 1/4", 3/8", MAP M4 and QD sockets.

Consisting of three modules that can be used individually or together, the Top Plate allows you to build on your rig without covering up core C400 features - maintaining full access.

Clean and Convenient
The C400 Top Plate provides a level plane across the top of your camera, whilst maintaining the C400's small footprint. You can use the two side plates independently of the 15mm rod console for an even more streamlined rig - though the rod console can't be used without the mounting point.

Accessible
We've repositioned and redesigned some elements of the Top Plate for extended convenience. The QD sockets have been repositioned for use with larger top handles, and the microphone shockmount has been brought in to allow the cable clamp to be fully opened.

Accessory Mounting Freedom
Alongside the stock Canon mounts, the Top Plate also features a range of third-party accessory mounting options. Industry-standard 1/4" and 3/8" threads line the top plate, as well as MAP M4 points and QD sockets. The front rod console has slots for two 15mm rods for mounting EVFs or lens motors (it can also be inverted for higher clearance from your camera). Two 1/4"-20 points have been marked for use specifically with handles such as our Create Top Handle.

Top & Bottom Mounting
Two M4 points, spaced 10mm apart, are available on the top & bottom of the rail for attaching cheese plate adapters. This provides the option to mount the cheese stick from top or bottom plates. The cheese stick includes the required 10mm M4 screws.

Safety First
The cheese stick features an easy-press safety release, allowing for simple removal of accessories. The base also includes a dead stop to prevent accessories from sliding off the rail entirely.

Attach our entire range of cheese plates to any 1/4"-20 mounting point on your camera rig with this Cheese Plate Adapter (1/4"-20). With extra clearance between the camera and cheese plate and a 90-degree offset, it allows for versatile placement of your wireless transmitters, timecode units, audio recorders and cable management creating clean camera rigs.

Featuring M4 screw points at 10mm intervals, the cheese plate adapter is compatible with any of our cheese plate range.
