LeftField 3 Quick-Release
The LeftField Canon C500 Mk II Advanced Kit features a LeftField 3 Baseplate, that provides full compatibility with any ARRI standard dovetail. This makes it quick and convenient to mount your camera and transition from place to place. Whether you are shooting on a gimbal, a tripod or handheld (or all three); the LeftField 3 system will help minimize downtime. The kit also comes with a dovetail to help with mounting.

15mm LWS Compatibility
The LeftField Baseplate also features two 15mm support rod brackets, for mounting in the 15mm LWS standard configuration. An industry standard mounting system, the support rods allow for more accessory placement and help balance your rig. Add a follow-focus motor or matte box - among other accessories - for a more versatile camera setup.

Top Plate Convenience
On top of the camera, the dedicated Sliding Top Plate has a dovetail of its own: making it easy to remove the central element for adjustment, without unscrewing the entire plate. There are also two additional 15mm support rod brackets on the top plate, ideal for gimbals and drone filmmaking.

Expanded Accessory Options
The Canon C500 Mk II Advanced Kit also comes with a top handle, making the camera easier to carry handheld. Both it and the top plate have an array of 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 screw threads, for easy accessory mounting. The Rosette Monitor Adapter also allows you freedom to position the Canon LA-V1 monitor bracket when using the touchscreen.

The LeftField 3 system of quick-release plates is designed to maximize compatibility between cameras, mounting to ARRI standard dovetails for secure placement but speedy removal. Compatibility
The LeftField Canon C500 Mk II Advanced Kit accommodates the 15mm LWS rod standard and mounts to any standard ARRI dovetail plate. The kit is intended for the Canon C500 Mk II but the components are compatible with the Canon C300 Mk III.

The LeftField 3 Canon C500 II & C300 III QR Baseplate sets the camera to the correct height for 15mm LWS. It provides 15mm rod support for accessories and allows for faster transitions between setups using the patented Open Up quick-release.

The Open Up quick-release features a three-stage design which lets you securely locks the baseplate in place, slide for balance & lift off vertically.

ARRI Dovetail Compatible
The baseplate automatically calibrates to any ARRI standard dovetail, even those that our out of tolerance and is also compatible with the LeftField Dovetail Plate for smaller setups.

- LeftField Sliding Top Plate -
Mount a range of accessories with the LeftField Sliding Top Plate for Canon C500 Mk II, C300 Mk II and C200 cameras. Featuring ARRI accessory, 1/4" and 3/8" screw threads; the Top Plate can be fitted with both a 15mm LWS bracket and a central ARRI dovetail.

Featuring compatible safety screws to prevent movement, the Sliding Top Plate is a versatile and safe customization solution for Canon cameras.

The LeftField Sliding Top Plate is a versatile addition to crown your Canon camera. Compatible with the Canon C500 Mk II, C300 Mk III and C200, the Top Plate features a quick-release mechanism to input the ARRI dovetail plate - providing sliding travel options for accessories. The Top Plate itself, meanwhile, features multiple 1/4", 3/8" and ARRI accessory threads - and mounting points for side plates, so you can create the best Canon camera cage for your shoot.

Made from anodized aluminum, the Sliding Top Plate is a lightweight yet versatile addition to your camera setup.

Rigid Rigging Options
The Sliding Top Plate features a selection of accessory mount options; including industry-standard ARRI accessory, 1/4" and 3/8" screw threads. The main feature, of course, is the sliding dovetail option: allowing you to balance the central plate element.

Safe & Secure
Whilst the central dovetail can be released quickly and offers sliding travel, it also comes with safety screws that prevent accidental release. Simple mount the screws into the side of the Dovetail plate and lock it in place.

Expand the Possibilities
With the Sliding Top Plate, you have plenty of options for expanding your rig. There are mounting points on the left and right-hand side for mounting extra side plates or other accessories. The included 15mm LWS bracket also offers full 15mm rod support for lens motors, EVF mounts and more.

- Carrying Handle - 1/4-20 Thread -
Add a convenient carrying top handle to your camera rig, mounted by 1/4"-20 screws. Add a Carrying Handle to your camera cage for easy handling during operation and transport.

Attaching to any flat surface with 1/4"-20 threads, the carrying handle can be mounted to the top of the camera cage or cheese plate like the Left Field ARRI Dovetail Plate. Additional accessories can be mounted to the carrying handle with multiple 1/4", 3/8" & ARRI 3/8" Accessory mounts available.

The vertical post can be positioned in a number of positions along the horizontal bar for optimum balance and can also be rotated 180-degrees if required. The handle is also compatible with the ARRI HEB-System to create a longer handling surface.

- Striped Rosette Monitor Adapter -
Provide a mounting point for the Canon LA-V1 monitor bracket to reposition the LM-V1 or LM-V2 touchscreen monitors on the camera setup. The Canon LA-V1 Monitor Bracket Adapter lets you reposition the LM-V1 or LM-V2 Canon touch screen monitors anywhere else on your camera setup.

The adapter can be mounted to any 3/8" or ARRI accessory mount, allowing you to place the monitor bracket in the most suitable position for your shooting style. The adapter can also be used with the stock Canon C70 top handle.

It provides an easy-to-mount platform that is lightweight yet robust, featuring a solid aluminum construction with weight-saving cutouts. The dovetail is available in 12" length.
