The cage not only protects your camera but opens up rigging possibilities with integrated NATO rails & helicoil reinforced 1/4" & 3/8" threads with anti-twist ports. Adding a camera strap takes seconds using the integrated QD sockets and won't get in the way when not in use.

With the patented Open Up baseplate you can move from tripod to handheld in seconds by simply lifting the camera off from the dovetail.

Helicoil, NATO and QD
When it comes to rigging, you can choose from threaded, NATO or QD points, or any combination you need. All threaded points are stainless-steel helicoiled for added strength. Helicoil fittings are crucial to prevent thread stripping or binding. An important factor to consider when constantly changing rig configurations.

- LeftField 3 Canon C70 QR Baseplate (Standard) -
Add a quick-release 15mm LWS Baseplate to your Canon C70 with support for 15mm rods on any ARRI standard dovetail. That means faster transitions between your different camera setups. Kit includes: the LeftField 3 15mm LWS Baseplate core; a low-profile dovetail plate and a standard riser for the Canon C70.

This Bright Tangerine baseplate kit is designed for Canon EOS C70 users wanting to add the quick-release 15mm LWS baseplate with support for 15mm rods. When mounted, two locating pins engage with the camera to prevent the camera from twisting.

This creates a steady foundation to build up the camera and it also allows you to easily transition your entire build between tripod & handheld setups. The whole kit combined is extremely light-weight & low profile, which keeps all of your Canon C70 builds, nimble and compact.

- Canon C70 Side Plate -
The Canon C70 Side Plate mounts to the camera via three captive screws, and provides a range of mounting options for your camera including 1/4", 3/8", Cold Shoe and NATO rail options. Made from anodized aluminum, the Side Plate is both lightweight and durable.

With a dedicated mounting point for the C70 HDMI Clamp, the C70 Side Plate adds convenience and versatility to your compact cinema camera.

With the Canon C70 Side Plate, you can create the best C70 camera cage for any shooting scenario. With a selection of 1/4" and 3/8" threads and an integrated NATO rail, you have a range of customization possibilities to suit any shoot. You can even use the Side Plate's cold shoe mount for microphones, lights and other compatible accessories.

Made from anodized aluminum, the C70 Side Plate is lightweight and durable.

Rigid Rigging Options
The C70 Side Plate allows you to customize without compromise. Once installed, you have access to two 3/8" and two 1/4" screw threads as well as an integrated NATO rail and cold shoe mount. The screw threads are each fitted with stainless steel helicoil inserts, that help preserve the mounting points for long-lasting performance.

Discreet Mounting
By tightening just three captive screws - that come with locating pins to ensure a tight fit - you can install the Side Plate to your Canon camera. The Side Plate contours to the shape of your C70, meaning that it keeps the footprint of your camera small. Coupled with our dedicated C70 Top Plate and LeftField Baseplate, you can create a versatile and compact C70 camera cage.

Accommodating
As well as fitting neatly to your camera, the C70 Side Plate also keeps the functionality of the camera completely intact. A dedicated clamp allows you to easily fit a Film Plane Hook, and the Side Plate has a mounting point for the HDMI clamp - ensuring nothing is disconnected in frantic filming periods.

- Canon C70 Top Plate -
This Canon C70 Top Plate attaches to the camera providing a secure mounting point for top handles & NATO based accessories. It also features two Quick-Detach (QD) sockets for camera straps & tethers.

This Top Rail attaches to the top of the Canon C70, providing a secure mounting point for top handles and other NATO based accessories. When attaching the NATO Top Handle/ The Top Plate also features two military-standard Quick-Detach (QD) points for straps & tethers.
