I haven?t had a chance to shoot with the UV lens cover over my lens yet, but I will soon and I?m just excited to have some protection over my pricey lens, so we?ll worth it! The UV lens threading was smooth going over the lens and the grip makes it easy to give a bit of tightness to it and make sure it?s really on there, so as not to fall off. It was super easy to clean & I?m excited to see what it?s like out in the elements soon. Can?t wait to test it out!

I use breakthrough filters pretty much all my lenses. This was no exception, as it is amazing quality it does not degrade IQ at all.

Looks Great, works great! No vignetting, easy to mount and uninstall, and regardless of now obviously baseless claims works great with Canon lens hoods as well. The brass and knurling very effectively prevents the filter from getting stuck. Will be replacing all my UV, CPL, and ND filters with these in the future, and have already made a good dent.

Weill definitely be buying this brand again top quality half the price same product a little better to be honest. I was on the fence between this or $160 Hoya UD3 I ended up taking a chance with breakthrough seems very quality highly recommend.

It looks cool and has a nice grip. Doesn't effect image at all. Much easier to clean then the curved front glass on the lens.

I use Breakthrough Photography filters for all my lenses. They're made with the best glass available and the large grippy edges on the filter makes it easier to get them on and off without worrying about them getting stuck. They are definitely comparable to any filter available.

I used to use b&w but now I prefer breakthrough, especially for ND filters. Breakthrough is a good filter and the texture makes it easier put on/take off especially if stacked with another filter.

I swore I would never put another piece of glass in front of my lens just because I have tried so many filters. This one convinced me I can find a good filter with suffering perceived image quality loss. Nice Bought this for my Sony 24-105 Full frame now I want one for my 18-105 crop lens. Sorry I don't have sample photos available right now.

I usually don't like to put any UV filters on my lens being afraid of degrading my images. But I've changed my mind recently as I don't to damage my expensive lenses, especially long zoom lenses. I started getting the Breakthrough filters and very happy with the quality of the filters and the images. I bought the larger one for my long telephoto zoom lens.

I recently switched from B&W filters (which are still super quality) to these Breakthrough filters. I have two of these great UV filters and also a polarizer, all from Breakthrough. Besides the phenominal quality, the "bumps" on the outside of the rings allow me to easily switch at will without the need for a filter wrench. They also do not interfere with the lens hood.

This filter is a solid purchase. Great construction and the clarity of the glass is superior. I have a number of filters from this company and all are superb. Don't buy cheap.

No colorcast at all with this filter, and it's very easy to put on and take off with the traction system . Highly recommended!

Even though this is just a thin piece of glass the grip on it feels great and is easy to hold on to if you need to remove. The casing is thin to keep a vignetting low when stacking circular filters. With how low the profile is and how clear the glass is I need to periodically double take to see if it's really still there. it's not that it comes off but rather that the quality on the glass is good. I haven't been able to see a difference in color in images with and without the filter. Since this is supposed to be clear I'm thrilled and when needed know which one to get.

I believed all the great reviews. I like this filter better than my B+W, Hoya and other filters. I put it on a 28-135 zoom and that zoom stopped capturing black corners on the digital photos. I never had that corner problem with my Canon 24-70, 14 mm or other Canon lenses.
